Likes

Fests in iits are in very big level, and enjoyable.
Sports and extra curricular activities level.
Campus cleaning and stuffs are very good.

Dislikes

Size of the campus, facilities high level teaching.
Ratio of girls and boys because of that 80 percent boys single.
Density of exam is very high here in iit.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because IIT's placement is very good. The students: Faculty ratio is 1:80. Qualification of every facility is very high they have published their own research papers also. Exams are very difficult to crack because it's IIT. Pass is very is but getting a rank is hard.

Internships Opportunities

Most big companies visit IIT every year and give high salary packages, like Amazon, jp Morgan, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Flipkart, PayPal, etc. Projects are like business analyst and software development.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees hike is a problem for every middle-class family whose family income is low. Till now I am not received any scholarship, Any financial assistance, any job Or any campus stipend so there are many scholarships.

Campus Life

Name of the annual fest is Spring Fest and the name of the tech fest is Kshitij and both happened in January. Sports and extracurricular activities are at the international level. Here is a club for everything you want. All the books are available in my college.

Hostel Facilities

There are not many high-level facilities in the room but the not very bad level in the room, I good for the past 4 years in the same room. Meal quality is very good. The registration process is not very difficult or tough.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

The admission process is very easy. First, we have to clear jee mains after that we have to clear jee advanced. Everything related to this anyone can find on the NTA website. Anyone who has a reservation like SC, ST, or OBC can get the same college at a low cutoff.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
