Yogashish Dhopte's Review On Laxminarayan Institute Of Technology - [LIT], Nagpur

I like my college it has given me many things since last four years.

I joined college in 2012 via MH-CET, I scored 108/200.

LIT has chemical engineering and other six branches under chemical Technology i am in Oil, Fats and Surfactants technology, and the faculty is nice, short on number though. It has good number of quality teachers more importantly they are all experienced.

We go for internship after 3rd year and it is not necessary that every company is going to provide stipend and companies which provides stipend, their stipend varies from 4-10000 there were more than 30 companies for internship which included Reliance Petroleum, HPCL, RCF, Adani Wilmar, Bunge, Galaxy Surfactants, Auchtel Products, Marico, Tata Motors, Nippon, Atul Polymers, JK papers etc.

Placement record of our college is about 90% this year until now about 25-30 students got placed, there are only about 150 students in our college and lots of companies are on their way In Petrofac, 2 students got placed with packhage of 3.2, same with NFIL which took 3 studetns, Glennmark gave 8 lakhs to 2 studens, UPL, AARTI, took 5,6 students with package of 5.5,3.5 respectively.

A national level conference react is held in the month of January, in which lots of students participate other events like macrotechnovista also provide good opportunity to students to show their paper, poster skills annual functions like Ganesh festival is also celebtared and there is gathering in the month of Feb.

It is a government college, so the fee is very feasible and there are also scholarship for students even hostel fee is very less fee structure is very nice, no doubt about it.

Yes, there is GOI scholarship, freeship available for the students and also there is admission via TFWS in which you dont have to pay the full fee just very little amount which does not include tuition fee.

Campus of college is big and beautiful talking about extracurricular activities it keeps happening as there are many events gender ratio is about 60-40, 60 male no incident has happened due to any kind of criticism, there is a little etween chemical engg and technology but it is common and for fun purposes.

I am not a hostel student but Hostel is nice there are two hostel, and the students who live in there seems to enjoy it very much, I have been to hostel many times and it is good. no idea about the mess food but everyone at hostel eats there regularly so

We celebrate laxminarayan day, and on that day alumni come to our college and they have reached very high positons and they guide us, inspire us, and tells about their journey college seniors are also very helpful.

Before our semester there is one sessional examination, which marks are directly added in our main result and there are internal and external practical, whether our day was hectic or chilled out depends upon our viva.
