- The teachers of heritage are helpful and have just the right amount of knowledge required.
- Library of Heritage is good , well maintained , air conditioned , just has the right amount of books
- The grounds are well maintained here. Playing is fun and there are dedicated football team of heritage
Dislikes
- There's no annual fest , and very less of such extracurricular activities to look out for.
- The location of heritage is really bad one , far away from the main city .
- The principal here is unsupportive of the cultural programs , the club's are there for namesake and most of the campus comes under the heritage school and not the college
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose ECE because the course promises opportunities now and in the future , apart from that this course suits me because of my personal interest in electrical circuits and it's elements . The faculty to student ratio is healthy in our course but I don't have knowledge on other courses. Most of the faculty have done there either MTECH or PhD from the prestigious Jadavpur University of Kolkata . Their teaching method are quite understandable and the teachers have good knowledge on their topic but still there are exceptions.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total cost of a Btech 4 year course from Heritage would come around 5 lakhs which is lesser than the most of the private colleges providing btech courses these days. Since this is my first year at heritage I dont know much on scholarships or stipend
Campus Life
The campus life of heritage is not upto the mark . Rather a really disappointing one . There's no annual fest , it's banned , the clubs are just for name sake , they don't exercise any power of their own , the director doesn't show much support on extracurricular activities . The library of heritage is good , providing all he books necessary. The classroom has just the basic amenities .
Admission
Th admission process was smooth and the staff and the professors present there were really kind calm , helpful throughout the process . The application form was given through wbjee official site and rest other information was provided by the college . No reservation benefits in my case. No there's no such improvement needed in admission process.
