I chose the course because it's my favourite subject and I want to explore more in that subject according to my passion. The faculty: student ratio is 1:10. The qualification of faculty is done by passing the gate exam

The placements of the college are very good. Students can get good placements through this campus. From semester 7 students are eligible for campus placement. The highest package is 20 lakhs and the average is 3 lakhs

The fee structure is yearly. The fees are so affordable for me because of passed the entrance exam with good marks and the fee structure is pretty fair for students. Students can get scholarships according to their caste, income

The campus life is very chill and good for me. There are lots of books available in the library on many subjects. The sports and other activities are present in the campus. The arts fest is scheduled for December

The hostel is near to the college. The hostel facilities are very well maintained and done by college authorities. The meal quality and menu of hostel is top notch and wonderfull. Registration process is very simple

My admission process is through the process of entrance exam. The entrance exam name is Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical exam. The eligibility of the course is mainly passing the subjects chemistry, physics, and mathematics above 50 percentage

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

My college is pretty amazing especially the environment and the beauty of it is on a different level i find it very adaptable for any student from any background moreover there are many extracurricular activities that you can participate and be part of. There is an entrance exam conducted by the central college for admission on merit. The eligibility for this entrance exam is +2 or equivalent. The application after the exam is submitted online or else you can complete it through government Engineering colleges.
