Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course based on the future job Markets and future jobs, The faculties are good and well-experienced and they are helpful. It is difficult to pass the exam if we don't study well. The labs and all facilities in the college are much better than the others.

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Placement Experience

Semester 7 and Semester 8 students are eligible for the campus placement and the college provides correct placement assistance to achieve it . Amazon, Global, bijus, alliyanzz, etc. There are of half of the students are getting placement from the institute.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the campus NRI may be 1 lakhs or above and the management fee structure is 75000. Merit based on their rank and +2 PCM mark. The scholarship is provided based on their mark obtained from +1 +2 PCM.

Campus Life

Illuminati and colocium are the biggest fests of the college and all year there will be an Open house exhibition for the school students to get a chance to learn about the future job Market through the field of mechanical engineering. Sports meet are conducted.

Admission

The eligibility is a 50% mark in the 12th examination. Application forms can be taken from a direct college and also through their website. Fees are based on marks obtained by +2 PCM or entrance and also take admission as management quota and NRI quota.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

MCET, a campus to be educated and to enjoy.

I didn't apply to any other college because our college is well known in our district and is one of the best private colleges in the state. And it was close to my home too so I never had to apply for another college. I didn't got rejected because I never applied. The student must qualify Keam which is the entrance exam for engineering and medical specific to the state of Kerala. Should have good and considerable marks on the exams of +2 also. Students can apply to the college after the ranking of Keam is published for merit seats. Can appear directly to the college for management and NRI seats too.
