The campus life is good much freedom are in the campus and so many programs like tech fest anual fest are conducted and sports like cricket football etc are conducted and also conduct a program for sports both boys & girls games are avilable and so many social group like nss are active in our college and to improve the reading skill so many books are avilable in oru college like novels etc

I am pass the keam exam and i apply for b tech computer science i heard about the karunagappaly engineering college if i join i realise that i heared about the college was true there are so many society to help to improve the skills and develop new skill and regular class hans been taken in every day compared to other colleges and the active od programs and sports are very strength i really like the college

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

There is an entrance exam conducted by the central college for admission on merit. The eligibility for this entrance exam is +2 or equivalent. The application after the exam is submitted online or else you can complete it through government Engineering colleges.
