Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have chosen mechanical engineering as it is a branch of my interest. The ratio of faculty:student is around 1:15 this allows the faculty to be able understand The students problems if any. All the faculty are well equipped with knowledge and experience to tackle any problems the students may have. The exams conducted are timely with enough time to study and pass the exams

Placement Experience

3.5

The students are eligible to appear in the campus placement from the end of third year i.e the 6th semester. Companies like Mercedes benz appear for the placements. The highest package on campus placement is 1.08 Crs and the average package is 8Lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite well maintained. Financial aid is provided to the needy and scholarship can be attained from MAHA-DBT website. The placement percentage is also very nice and increasing with more number of core companies coming for placement.

Campus Life

3.5

There are 2 grounds on the campus for sports activities. There are multiple Motor sports clubs and Art club for extra curricular activities. There are also table tennis tables setup for sports and there are events taking place for other activities. The main events are swartarang which is the annual fest which is usually 3-4 days long and every year a Tech fest is conducted which is named by the organising student committee. The classrooms ar equipped with projectors and blackboard where hybrid teaching can be done for understanding of students.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel facility is excellent. The rooms are fully furnished with wooden cupboards, tables, chairs and Air conditioner. There is also a washing machine facility provided. The mess offers 4 meals a day.

Admission

The admission is based upon the results of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test(MAH-CET) and Joint Entrance Exam(JEE). The cut-off for mechanical engineering is around 90 percentile for MHT-CET and around 80 percentile for JEE
