PCCOE is IIT AKURDI

I choose this college because it is a teir 1 college with excellent ranking and their placement percentage, although is was also checking for other colleges I compared their placement percentage, ranking and students development program but they were not that good as compare to PCCOE. I don't get rejected by any college because I never applied for other colleges PCCOE was my only choice and I got selected in 1st round only. i applied for reputed institues like DY patil, MIT wpu, and sinhgad college and i recived confirmed admission from DY patil and sinhgad, ichose pccoe for its strong placements, disciplined enviroments,and academic reputation the admission process was through cet cell, cutoff for dsy arround 95%, the process was smooth, transperant,and well managed with helpful staff...Read More

I came to PCCOE because it offered me the best balance. Most students come to the college through the MHT-CET. There is a 10% bracket open for JEE students as well but I personally came from MHT-CET. In MHTCET, cutoffs can go as high as 99 percentile for CS/IT branches. For my branch, cutoff was 97 and it has increased since. I chose this place becasue it provided a good balance for my working environment. There is also a certain percentage alloted to management students costing anywhere from 10 lakhs to 50 Lakhs depending on the branch for which admission is required. I applied to COEP, PICT, VIT, PCCOE, MMCOE, VIIT, PVG, etc. COEP and PICT were not in my books as my score was too low. I'm glad I didn't get VIT because they merged with VIIT last year and that caused both their average placement as well as average everything to go down.
