- I disliked the location of the Haldia institute of technology Because it is far away for main city.

Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested Electrical engineering and I very curious about electrical things . Faculty is good and supportive toward students but some faculty is not good The qualification of my faculty is PhD and some are MSC in specific subjects Terms are are going very fast and not not on time and the terms exam is medium difficult.
Placement Experience
At 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement The name of company like conizen, Dettol,haldia petrol chemical,TCS , Flipkart. The percentage of students who are placed are very low in this year so I cannot tell about placements. I planned that I want to get job at haldia petrol chemical.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fess structural is not pocket friendly for middle class students.And fees is increasing year by year . Cost to study is low as compared to other colleges but there is a good colleges life . I didn't receive any scholarship program yet so I cannot tell any thing about it . Job is very low percentage as compared to previous year because there is recession in this year.
Campus Life
The Haldia institute of technology organisation the REVIRA FEST in month of January.The fest is counted in very good manner. Availability of book in our library is good but they are outdated and very old .Journals are also there and there are some book which is written by our HOD. Amenities in class is old school type that there is a chalk board , dusters, Tube bulb,etc. Sports is always there organised by our College society and there is a specific couch for training. There are several society like ISTE,IEEE,CSI,VEDA,etc.
Hostel Facilities
The facilities are available at our hostel is like a bed, mattress, pillow, tube bulb, attached bathroom and study table. My review on meal is not so good but some others students like it but there is always different types of taste . Menu is Always changes and you got many types of varieties. Registration process is very lengthy and painful but it is worth it when you go hostel campus.Affodabillty is pocket friendly but meal cost doesn't.
Admission
The student who are Indian and aggrated marks of 60%in physics, chemistry and maths and 45%in English. The important dates and form are available on Wbjee official site i.e Wbjee.nic.in You can also access the rank card and councelling letter. There is no reservation for me therefor I can't appliy for reservation I want to improve the councelling of Wbjee that is to improve the physical councelling centers they are very far away from city .
