- I liked the people in my college, some subject teachers of mine they’re really fun to be around even the lab staff, spending time at canteen or the ground there’s a girls common room in this college which is not in most of the colleges
Dislikes
- the infrastructure of this college and they’re are not alot of fests happening in the college, canteen food is not that great
Course Curriculum Overview
Bsc botany hons in zakir Hussain is one of the best courses in this college, the faculty is filled with all the doctors and phd level professors in this course and they are really determinent about teaching even the lab staffs are really helpful they even take extra classes on weekends so they're pretty strict about studies other than that they're nice, student ratio in my class is 39 the examination level is pretty easy if you're regular in the class!!
Internships Opportunities
Right now i'm in my 1st semester so basically this is The first year of my college , the placements starts after 3rd year so right now I haven't had any experience of placements activities/ internships
Placement Experience
Placement in this college is average you can't expect to get placed at the campus so your focus should be always to get jobs outside from the campus no such big companies come to visit and offer jobs, my plan after getting degree is doing phd you cab think what you have to do as per your interests
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is affordable for everyone the cost to study at this college is not that high the fees for bsc botany hons is 15,600 for the 1st year and bsc botany hons is now a 4 year course so the fees will be same in all years for scholarships and other activities you have to be in contact with your proctor and the window at zakir husain college and even the zakir Hussain site present on google or any other platform
Campus Life
Life at campus is pretty good it depends on the company around you and the people you chose to be around, just one suggestion they're are alot of extra curricular activities happening around in college, they're are alot of socities for study purposes and even for your hobies so you can get into that as well, they're are socities for your own courses as well so you can get in them as well , the infrastructure of this college is average, canteen and mother dairy booth are also there where you can always see alot of things going on and you can meet other students from different courses as well
Admission
You have to give cuet entrance exams after 12th as per new guidelines to get admission in delhi university then you have to apply for course that you want to pursue and chose subjects in which you want to give exam according to the subjects needed in the course you want to get in,then you will get admission in delhi university colleges if you match the eligibility criteria , reservations benefits are also given in delhi university so you must add that as well the admission process is easy!
