Electronics and communication engineering course is slightly tougher than other courses Faculties are well qualified and have excellence in their respective field.You 2 exams in 1 one semester mid sem and end sem exams

Internship are provided by colleges as well as people also apply off - campus you are allowed to do internship in the winter break (1 month) and in the summer break (2 months) and you can do online internship at anytime

The highest package offered during NIT Hamirpur placements 2023 stood at INR 173 LPA, which was offered to the student of BTech CSE branch. The hostel changes every year in first year the hostel are allotted on first come first serve basis afterwards hostel rooms are allotted on cgpi basis mess food is just ok but not up to the mark except mess all facilities are good
Admission
You need to first clear jee mains as to get admission in Nits . After clearing you need to apply for jossa counseling and after all rounds you are allotted with some college and rest all colleges have different procedure.
