College gives huge opportunities in terms of placements

Overall is Good but The management is like the Indian government pretty slow but eventually gets the job done. Dustbins are still missing but because of people cleaning the campus seems to be very clean and fresh all the time. The campus is isolated, if you want to live in a hostel, but has all facilities like 3 ATMS. Super Hospital. Medical shop. Various canteens.

I took MHCET and had 91 marks. I always wanted to study more about computers. Sinhgad is a pretty famous name and my friends in sinhgad had told me to go for it as well as my teachers.

My course is computer engineering, Course structure is pretty good with vast and detailed subjects on hardware. But as always everyone focuses on scoring marks so research is not much focused upon. Because everyone wants to clear these difficult subjects

Yes, it does provide the teachers ask students to fill form and names. I haven't completed an internship so I don't know the stipend.

As sinhgad colleges have intercampus placements there are many many job opportunities. TIA company visited a previous year and offered 7 lakh which only 4-5 students could bag out. Other companies like Accenture, Amazon have also visited and students have been placed. Most placements occur at Sinhgad Vadgaon campus where students go and give interviews.

surbhi is celebrated every year. Tectonic a technical event happens annually as well. karandak a major event with music and dance also occurs every year in Vadgaon where Students from Lonavala campus can go. There is a selection process for the events. The cultural event doesn't happen.

The Fee is approx 1 lakh a year for the general. 50 k approx for OBC and 10-20 thousand for others Pretty low and hostel fee is around 50 k. which is feasible. That's it. Least 250 characters so I am just going to fill this up . with random text here and there.

There are good scholarships from government of Maharashtra. No others scholarships that I know of. That's it.

Because we live near nature the air is very clean, there are two big humongous cricket and football grounds plus tennis with coaches to teach. Various tournaments occur here. The gender ratio is pretty bad more boys than girls are here. Debates and robotic events occur annually, there is a temple just built on campus, college is strict about attendance in a hostel for girls if a girl forgets to sign. Parents are phoned. Many students more than half of them are from other district/ states like Bihar UP Delhi, Rajasthan. And people of many religions are also here in sparse amount. Most Students here are from middle class to upper middle class.

There are plenty of hostel seats. There are 4 beds in a medium-large size room. Racks to keep books a table chair and separate locker for each person. Rooms are cleaned toilets floors are mopped weekly. Each room has a bathroom and toilet. That's it.

Yes, they are very helpful. They organize events on entrepreneurship days and so on. They conduct teaching lessons on programming languages.

As I got my Seat through CET. I contacted college and they asked me to come over 10 days before the joining date. Filled up 2-3 forms pasted some passport photographs on it, and submitted all the documents like cast certificate cast validity and others. I had brought all the required documents. It was pretty quick, my parents stayed 2 days in college while it was raining comfortably and had food with me at mess.

The teachers in first year department are energetic and very interested in teaching but in the second year the teacher half or more than half of the teachers are either not interested or don't Know the correct way to teach a particular topic. Not everyone has PH.d most are pursuing it. While there are exceptions where teachers are very good and energetic and teach in best way.
