Course Curriculum Overview
Electronics is a field that has a very vast potential in India in coming near future , and I also had a passion towards real world applications of this , hence I decided to join this course. My college is way ahead of other DU colleges in terms of Technology and professionalism. Alot of official works is also being carried out online so we don't have any hassle doing them. The faculty members are amazing , the are exceptionally well qualified and their teaching style is also very good. Professors help each student to grasp the concept, and individually solves everyone's doubts. Even after the college hours , we can personally contact them and the easily answer our doubts and guide us for better carrier opportunitues.
Placement Experience
As I am in first year , I am don't clearly know about the stats. But , as of my knowledge, students from 5th semester are eligible for the campus placements. Companies like TCS , WIPRO ,etc have visi6our college and employbility is quite high. The average package is around 7.6 LPA and a good amount of students are placed. I think about 60% students get a placement form the college. But even after the degree , there is much scope for this , so we can easily apply of off campus placements as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
This course is not much expensive, considering the facts that we are given experience with delicate lab equipments , and the course structure is very well. Theoretical as well as practical knowledge is there and the course price is justified. Since I am in first year , I don't have much clarity about fees hikes , but a raise of about 1 to 2 thousand is expected. We have to pay the fees yearly. Scholarship schemes are available from Hansraj College, Delhi University and even private companies like Dell , etc are invited to offer scholarships
Campus Life
Many fests are being organised here , the most prominent is the Confluence, Hansraj's annual fest , which is held on a very grand scale , Celebrities are also invited to perform and it makes the whole atmosphere here moody. Our Library contains all the books related to our subjects, and numerous other subjects, . Latest as well as old editions are available there and the conditions of the books are also great. Library offers e-library option as well , and also a Resource room where we can have access to desktop computers to do any of our works. Our classrooms is full of amenities taht are needed. All of the lab equipments are perfectly working and a hands on experience with them is great while learning. Inter college Sports competition are also organised and the college has all facilities for sports like : basketball, volleyball, archery , cricket , badminton, etc. There are numerous societies and clubs in the college and one can join any of them according to the skill they want.

Other Applied Colleges
Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University - [SMVDU] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)
Infrastructure is not up to the mark and placements are too average. Not better ROI. Fees is very higj considering the placements
