Entrance Preview

I had written kerala entrance examination and had achieved average marks for it. Still I opted Rajagiri college and joined here in the management quota seat. I preferred Rajagiri because it brings me alot of oppertunities and offer me a chance to excel in my society.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course is pretty much interesting and the faculties here are excellent and they help us in many ways to achieve our degree. I preferred Electronics engineering as my course since I was fond of electronics items.

Internships Opportunities

I din noe much about it since I am a first year student. Anyway Rajagiri will provide us a good internship and I hope the companies would offer good stipend for us.

Placement Experience

Here in Rajagiri, It is one of the best colleges who bags a lot of placements. Our seniors(almost 600 students) had bagged their jobs.TCS,INFOSYS,WIPRO,MITSIBUSHI..etc had recruited students from our college.

BHARATHAM- ARTS DAY:- A great day for a student to show off their talants.It last upto 3 days.TECH FEST- To technically improve in the field of engineering,tech fest is conducted every year for a day in our collegeCOLLEGE DAYSPORTS DAY

Fee Structure And Facilities

In our college,for a Semester we have to pay 96000 Rs .All colleges under christian management are collecting the same amount. So in my opinion it is feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

MOMA scholarship which is provided by the central govt. I think there is no loan facility available. I din have pretty much idea about that!

Campus Life

Campus life in my rating is 7/10. Here the college always looks upon studies as a whole. Noone cares much about the talents that are hidden in the students. So I am not much impressed . We just have only chances when our college day or bharatham program is held.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are supportive. Our college provides anti-ragging atomosphere. So all seniors are so friendly .We are free to ask help to seniors for anything. They are supportive.

Exam Structure

We have 3 internal exams and a Semester exam. The exams are frequent since we are under KTU university. Lab exams are for once and they are final.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

The college is in a prime location in the heart of kochi. It has easy access to all emergency services and to the town in general. It is a famous college known for its reputation and legacy. Rajagiri Engineering college where engineers are built

I did write the exam for SRM and VIT but then since I wanted to study in kerala I chose rajagiri school of engineering and technology. Also rajagiri is a well reputed college which produces excellent engineers with innovative ideas, I wanted to study and build my career here.
