Course Curriculum Overview

I choose bcom because I have taken commerce in my 12th standard and I want to study commerce for my higher studies also. So I choose bcom only . Now about student ratio there are two sections in my college for bcom it depends on college to college actually so the size is not that matters because if larger students got selected then it will be divided according to the section but actually my class strength was 50 students this is bit tough for us I think 3 sections would be beneficial for bcom About faculty members, The faculty members are very disciplined and their way of teaching is so adorable like you can ask doubts whenever you want in the class like we used to think that college lecturers are not so good in teaching like you won't get to ask your doubts etc but my thinking has changed in this college Now about term exams , it helds after every 6 months like in du semester wise exams are held and I think this is the best thing about du 6 month + 6 month is 1 year

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 11500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is like you have to pay fee in installments like total fee for 3 years is 35000 but in installments it will be 11000 approx every year plus some extra charges like for practical and exam fees you have to pay this in between the semester. Campus jobs are provided to the students based on the criteria that your attendance must be good and marks semester wise are also good then you can go for campus placement

Campus Life

There are many fests in du like Diwali Mela plus annual fest and cultural fest etc, Books facilities are also available in the library like you can borrow the books according to your preference for exam prep Sports and extra curricular activities are also there every year There are many socialties according to students they can go for any society's like dance , entertainment etc

Admission

The admission process were online by my time and till now there is online admission process now. I have filled the form through du official website then added my preferences then I got college and then I paid my paid through online mode only. From now onwards eligibility of the course would be 3 or 4 years it's upto you the study is 3 years only and in 4th year you will get to research in your course. Now the admission process is quite smooth because you have to go to one platform then select preferences then you will get only one course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

This college isn't what I chose first of all. It's based on nta's allocation system in accordance to your cuet scores. The other colleges like srcc might outperform my College in terms of sheer placements and exposure to real world. No there's no rejection system under cuet.
