Everything is wonderful in thapar University..college fest ..are amazing
The infrastructure of this university is wonderful I love the environment and the library is my favourite
The college also provides sports facilities and students are very happy to be here

Dislikes

Exams are the things which are often not prefered by students
Teachers are sometimes not so supportive
There are lot of dogs roaming in the university which is annoying

Course Curriculum Overview

The course faculty are super supportive and very kind and caring ..this curriculum was my dream which I wanted to pursue and thapar University helped me pursue and chase my dreams ..This university gave wings to my dreams ..the faculty is very supportive really very encouraging.. I blessed to be here. Thapar University has changed my destiny..it is a lovely experience studying here

This campus provides a lot and lot of opportunities such as scholarship and financial assistance...the teachers and other staff members help me a lot to adjust in this new place..along with the financial opportunities I can pursue my dreams

Campus Life

Life at campus is amazing as we are provided with a lot of fests ..it's helps me to indulge in other co curricular activities along with studies..thapar University has given a feeling like home and made us very comfortable in this new environment..I am very happy to be here. ..I am just enjoying my college life

Hostel Facilities

Hostel feels like a home as it is extremely wonderful..I really love the food. ...it makes me remember my home and I am also surprised with the cleanliness of my hostel ..the hostel provides a wonderful experience for freshers..I am very happy to be in this hostel

Admission

I got scholarship on the basis on JEE examination as I got 98% in JEE...I worked very hard for this opportunity and got a wonderful University like thapar..this way I was admissioned in thapar ..moreover the staff is very supportive and encouraging..really very happy to be here

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Honest is the best Policy

I was getting addmission in some other private colleges but this was near to me and had a great rew.. Its infra and hostels are really worth it. The addimission was on the basis of JEE result and for COE branch the cutoff was approx 83 with punjab state quota. There is no exam for it just an form to be filled....Read More

inside campus walls

i applied for lnmiit college jaipur . there i was expecting computer branch but did got electronics branch so i didnt went there.here in thapar it was based on jee mains percentile for addmission. computer branches were available till 89 percentile for punjab students and till 94 percentile for outside punjab students. so i had percentile of 95 so i easily got computer branch over here....Read More
