- I liked the teachers very most who are well qualified, there method is very easy and very much experienced .
- I like library which guarantee the silence where one can study very well upto 8 pm in evening from morning 9 am.
- In our college there are students who are from abroad which gives the idea of their living life style.
Dislikes
- The gym of our clg is paid but other clg gyms are free.
- Cricket should be promote, no. Of equipment should be very much in quantity.
- New building are not well equiped , their items should be there asap as aquaguard, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very interesting as there are lot of topics which we get to know as time dilation, non inertial frames, etc . Here I have chosen because I find it interesting to learn about what is going on the world as from basic to a high level as how chandrayan three land successfully , aditya L1 point, etc this is all about the physics only which motivate me to learn it. In the college we have very much experienced teacher who always make us fun while teaching as how they were got taught in their time and how they are teaching today, sharing their experiences to us to get about how the stood up to this level. But their guidance is very much helpful to us every area...
Internships Opportunities
Yes, internships are provided in our clg for bcom h students and bcom prg student, where they received placement offers also. In computer science and statistics dept grab the placement opportunity where the average packages vary upto 6-36 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
As far as the fees structure varies from college to college and course to course. My course is physics hons and the fees structure is 26925 rs, and it may vary upto the colleges. Our college has scholarship as follows one the fee reduction scholarship which reduces the fee for 3 year by 60-70 percent and thr dell aspire scholarship which is only provided in hansraj which enable students to excel in research field but it is very tough as only 20 students are selected in 150 .
Campus Life
The fest of hansraj is known as confluence since 2017 is not held in our college. But the freshers party were held via the departmental and the college level. Our library is good , books will be provided of what you want according to your course, field is also there where you can explore many games as cricket, archery, etc. There is a gym too which guaratees all the students are allowed with rs 600. There are more than 60 societies which enables you to participate in ECA. Infrastructure is also very well.
Admission
I am Chiranjeeb Mishra from Jharsuguda, Odisha pursuing Bsc(H) physics in Hansraj college. As I am from a state where a few people know about DU, and it is very surprising that I got selected in hansraj college by cuet entrance. The Cuet entrance consist of mainly main and language papers for the du but gt also for other cu as bhu, au, etc. As the selection process is good as students all over the world get a chance to do their bachelor, masters, and other course in the central universities of india. As cu in India have more responsibility when we look after state University that a student from a state (ex-odisha) also get a chance to interact with other states student, foreigners, etc this makes the best thing where du looks like a mini india. This is a place where any one make his life or waste it as there are many areas which they get interests to work on it. They can explore many areas as scientist, business man, ias, ips, etc. By the way du is the best place to live your life....
