Best 4 years of my life

I had a huge interest in construction and projects including Civil works that's why I was interested in choosing this course. Its been almost 4 years of my course and not a single day of regretting for what I chose for myself. In 1st year we are taught about general subjects and after 3rd semester our core subjects starts. There are different faculty for different courses and we have 9 teachers of our branch in our college. The faculty are selected through post-graduate degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks and should also have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Alternatively, they can have a Ph.D. There is a semester of 6 months with 2 times Mid term exams and 1time final exams. Students can easily get passed in these exams with just conceptual knowledge and writing skills.

The fees of all courses are as follows : 13,000 per semester for girls 28,000 per semester for boys We can apply for scholarship at the beginning of our course. That is in first year and we can do it through the national scholarship portal (NSP) . And there we can find numerous scholarships regarding to our merit score or any state schemes. After applying this scholarship, we have to renew it every year and we have to clear exams of each semester to get scholarship. The price of the scholarship can arrange from ten thousand to even thirty thousand every year according to the scholarship applied. I do not get any job until now Because I have not completed my course until this time. But I got an internship that we have to do in 8th semester which is compulsory for all the students of all the branches and I got in internship at NHAI with a stipend of ten thousand per month for 4 months.

In college every year a Tech fest is held in the month of May , June or July. It is known by the name to TWASK. And in this fest, students perform different activities like making technical projects, dance and many other culture performances. There is also a library where we can issue books with library card. Classrooms are provided with boards, lecture stands, spacious desks, projectors etc. Every year there is also inter college sports meet where different sports activities are held. Different curricular activities such as declamation and poster making competitions are also organised in the campus. There is a page run by the students of the University named as " just.engineering.things " .

I get admission through JEE Mains with 62 percentile marks . But admission can be through the 12th class board marks and through HPCET also. So the eligibility for admission is 12th class . Applicants can check the official website of hptu for applying to get admissions i.e. hptu.ac.in and choose any college of their preference according to the branch they want to take .
