Overall a Balanced College a Student can expect

I finally opted to choose this course because the syllabus and curriculum was almost similar to Computer Science and Engineering, and the placement record in these two branches are also very good and remarkable. There is a very high scope and chances of getting a good package in this branch. The HOD of IT Department is one of the best among all the other HODs. He is very much Educated, Qualified and very Humble. He is a very good Teacher, who teaches every concept minutely, and in a comprehensive way. He is very much friendly with the students as well. The Entire Faculty of IT Department is very much supportive and We'll Qualified. There may be exceptions of some one or two teachers, but that doesn't affect the reputation of our department. During our batch, we had a very short 1st and 2nd semester due to Covid-19 after effects and late admission, hence the unit test and term exams were very frequent for us and we got very less time to prepare and appear in those exams.

The college conducts value added training opportunities to get height chances in internships, but mostly the students has to opt for internships on their own. Stipend can be from 3K per month. The roles that can be offered are Data Scientist, Web Developer, Web Designer, etc

From 6th Semester, students become eligible to appear for placements. The highest package a student can expect is around 30 lpa, and the median package is 3lpa. The companies that mostly visit our college are Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capge Mini, etc. There is 80% students getting placement. I have plans to appear for college placements, as well off campus placements.

The Total Course Fee during my time was Rs 5,50,000. It is the highest fees structures among all the other Techno India Group of Colleges. Now from 2023-24 session the fees has hiked to Rs. 6,15,000. 75000 rs hike. The college do provide various Financial Assistance like Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, Student Credit Card Scheme, etc.

Our College conducts it's Annual Cultural Fest during the month of January. It is called as Mesmerizer. The Tech Fest is conducted during the month of May, and it is called Avenir. The Central Library is quite big, but there are some cases of non availability of books, specially Engineering Mathematics. The Classrooms are quite big and can accomodate 70 students. But there is no ACs in all of the classrooms, which is very much problematic during the summer season. The rooms become very hot and uncomfortable to live in. The college campus is very small, but there are sports facilities like Badminton Court, Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis, Cricket and Footbal Grounds, etc. The college also has various clubs to join like Photography Club, Tech Club, Eco-Cultural Club, GDSC, etc.

The Admission Process in our College takes place through WBJEE Counselling, JEE Main Decentralised Counselling, and Direct Admission. I took admission in my College through WBJEE Counselling. The Cut-off in my branch was 12000-15000 approximately. I got this college in my First Round in Information Technology. I had also applied for Upgradation Process, but I eventually got the same branch again. Nevertheless, the admission process was very quick, first the verification process of documents takes place, then the details of the students need to be filled up online in the college portal in their computer lab, and after that the Admission Fee needs to be paid. The 1st semester Fees is paid, which is around 60000, including 5000 for seat allotment fees. To get admission in my branch, One must have a rank below 15000. If the rank is below 12000, then there is a high chan6of Upgradation to Computer Science and Engineering Branch. The application form will be provided from the College Office.
