Likes

Availability of 24 hours Reading Room. Extra reading room provided during Exams. Library is also built with each sort of books.
Every type of Social Groups and Clubs are available. Students can explore according to their interests.
Good infrastructure inside campus, provide parking spce.

Dislikes

Mess food is just average. Sometime food provided are not eatable but sometimes good also.
Some courses are just wastage of time which has no use in modern time and technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because of the great scope in this field. Faculty: student ratio is 1:20 Faculties are highly qualified, and all have done Ph.D. in their respective fields. The difficulty of exams is moderate. In each Semester, there are 2 term exams in the interval of 2 months

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies visit for internships with many roles. Some of them are Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc., which offer software engineer, quant roles . L.E.K., Mckinsey, Bain And Company etc, offer Consulting roles. FinMech, Goldman Sachs etc. offer Finance roles. Many OTher roles are offered like Data Scientist, Analyst, Core Engineer, Civil, mechanical Engineer etc.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus placement from last year. More than 250+ companies visit every year with 1000+ offers, including Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sach, Accenture, Barclays, Airbus, Honda, P&G, OLA, TATA steel, etc. Highest Package offered are 2Crore and average package is 15Lakh. More than 90% students getting placed. My Plans after getting degree is to get placement in good Tech Company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure per Semester: Tuition fee-1,00,000, Mess, hostel and other facility: 50,000 Scholarship Opportunities are provided for students whose parents' annual income is less than 5lakh. Scholar Loans are also provided for the needy students.

Campus Life

There are many fests conducted in IIT Bombay. Some of these are Mood Indigo in December, TechFest in December, E-Cell in Feb or March, and Abhudaya in May. Library is built inside which contains all sort of books including science, technology, informations, academcies etc. Classrooms are designed comfortably containing AC, Table, Desk, Projectors, Smart Board etc. All types of Sports are contudected in IIT Bombay including cricket, football, tennis etc. Matches are conducted between hostels and other IITs. All types of extra curricular activites and competitions are available, students can choose out of their interest like dance, art, debate, singing etc. Social club, groups run by students are Insync, Insight, swimming club, singing club, dancing club, yoga club, Speakers Club etc.

Eligibility: 75% in class 12th from Mathematics stream and above 98 percentile in JEE main and JEE Advance Application forms, applications fees, and application dates are available on IIT BOMBAY's official website

AFFORDABLE LIVING

Placement Experience:

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

Kit College have piller's Foucus, Decipline, Process, Excillence.

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities. Exposure to national level competitions along with the motivation to attempt them.Practical knowledge is also provided with the theoretical knowledge

Iit Bombay the dream college

I did applied for iit delhi also as it was my home town but got IIT Bombay as it was much better for me because of placements and brand value. so i did fill for other college but yes iit bombay was my 1st preference so i got it and acc to my rank i was gettinng into iit bombay very easily but to be on safe side i added more option . so i have cleared jee advanced to get here . for mtech you have to pass gate . the admission iprocess is impler only its mostlyy digital.cutoffs of jee adv is obviously very high due to number of student who wnt to go in iit and number of studnet who get selected there is huge difference so dropper increases ....Read More
