College is Excellent in terms of infrastructure, hostel facilities, excellent faculty and staff and most approachable from recruitment point of view.
Entrance Preview
I was selected from the CET marks. I was willing to do this course as I like computer coding and curious about the things inside it. No interviews were taken. We just had to do the necessary formalities for getting the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
Academics is good. Practical learning has been focused so that the students get better in hands-on skills. The college organizes workshops for the students timely to improve students' practical knowledge. College also invites eminent speakers so as to guide young minds.
Internships Opportunities
We haven't done any internship yet as we are from 2nd year. There are internship from the third year. Hopefully, the experience should be a good one according to what I've heard from our seniors.
Placement Experience
Our college has the most percent of in-campus selection since the number of students who are eligible for the given criteria is more. Placements is something the college is actually well known for. Rawandale Sir takes care of the Training and Placement Department of our college. Companies like ZF,Tech Mahindra, TCS, KPIT come to our college every year and interview our students.
College Events
There are many curricular and co-curricular events in our college. Those are state level events like the one organized for FE students and by the students. FE students all over the state, from various colleges come to participate in this event. In SE, in our department, a technical event named Anantya was organized recently for SE, TE, BE. Various such events are organized in all the departments timely. This helps the students to enhance their ideas by implementing their theoretical knowledge.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of our college is relatively same as other engineering colleges. The students who are in open category have to pay around Rs.98,000 or so. For those who have taken scholarships or belong to other categories have comparatively less fees.
Exam Structure
It was really hectic for some days but after some days, it was normal due to same routine for a month since apart from the University exams, monthly Unit Tests are being conducted. These are considered for internal marking. This we the students get aware of where they are lacking and have to cope up accordingly.
Faculty
We have very good and interactive faculty members and also very qualified and very understanding too. They also encourage the students to undergo research and development in their areas of interest. They are very supportive and try to guide us in every possible way.
