i didnt like the hostel here and the quality of the food is very cheap
in hostel the room is not too big and faculties are not good

Course Curriculum Overview

-i choose this couse because i like computers from my childhood time and i like know more about the computer and wants to be an software engineer -faculty in this college is very nice here.they clears all the doubt of the student. -the student in this college is about 1200-1300 including all the years -talking about the qualification of the faculty members many of them had done the masters or higher and many of them are studied from iit or nit. -the exams are distributed in 8 semesters and have to give mid term also. if the student have very good knowledge about the 12th fundamentals then it is easy to pass the exam or have the good cgpa also

actually i didnt know about the intership because i am in 1st year in this college but the seniors said that the intenship opportunities here are quite good the college provides many internship opportunities.

Placement Experience

- from 7 semesters students are eligible for campus placement. -Companies visit here are cognizant, wipro and tcs and no. of offers give here are 200 -students here are getting placement over 65% -i opt for higher studies after getting degree

Fees and Financial Aid

-There are 4 years in btech course and per year we have to pay 1lakh 30 thousand for couse fee and 65000 for hostel fees. so the total year fees is 5lakh 20 thousand -i don,t know about the scholarship system here because i didnt avail the scholarship scheme here - the campus placement is quite good with the average placement of 4 lakh and many companies visit the campus to give jobs to the students

Campus Life

-Every year the colege organise annual function and the students also organise fest here like game hackathons,sports hackathons,coding hackathons which was conduct by the iits or the students of this college - the library infrastructe is very good and all the books are provided here -There are basic amenties like electricity proper sanitation and drinking water -in the college students and college organise sports hackathons. -the students run many clubs like music clubs,chess clunb,cricket club,footboll club and volleyball club etc.

Hostel Facilities

-the hostel is quite good the room are not too big but the electricity provided is very good -meal quality is not very good and the mess provide food according to thier menu like chicken biryani pannel masala matar panner kheer gulab jamun etc -you can directly contact the hostel office in the college by offline mode or by the telephonic or online mode of the college website.

Hostel Fee: INR 65000 per year

Admission

-The student must have passed with 65% in science stream with pcm or pcmb -you can fill the form in online or offline mode whether the college website or in the admission office of the college in offline mode or u can contact the admission staff 06743204521. -Admission process is pretty good here and they will explain all about the course and how to fill form the staff is very decent here

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

The reality of GITA AUTONOMOUS college

There are 3 ways to join this college. 1.JEE councelling If you have the rank in between approximately 350000 to 1500000 , then you can join in this college without any problem. 2.OJEE councelling 3.You can get management seats if you passed in 12th examination with PCM subject selection . But you have to score more than a specific mark in the PCM subjects. You can apply to get admission in this college by Jossa councelling (jee) website and ojee councelling website. If you want to join by jossa councelling then you have to fill up the form by asked documents and 10000 councelling fees. Admission process is quite easy but there is also an another process in which you just have to contact the college admission department and you have to give 20000 and the college go through every process of the admission by themselves.
