I think overall college was a good experience for me till now. The area of the college is very less and as such many activities are restricted there is no proper auditorium and we have to sort outside places to exhibit our events
Entrance Preview
The entrance exam I wrote is KEAM. I wanted to get into one of the reputed colleges in Kerala. No ,as I was admitted based on my score just a meeting with the principal was needed. I was always interested in studying the working of stuff hence I thought engineering would be most suitable
Course Curriculum Overview
It was great .honestly there wasn't must practical learning. Not any research initiatives. We have electives from fifth semester onward
Internships Opportunities
No, we mostly go outside for internship. Overall the experience was good with the one internship I had. I got to learn things outside the course and apply them in real time
Placement Experience
The placement is good almost 3/4 of the students get placed. The major companies are Infosys, TCS,wipro,Mahindra, Tata elxsi. The average package is about 3lakh per annum
College Events
"CULT A WAY" is one of the highlight of the fest and is one of the best fest in Trivandrum . workshops are conducted . Autobahn is an automobile fest. There was always fixed amount given from the colleges but mostly students who organised this went outside colleges for getting sponsorship
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes it was affordable . I was admitted on government merit seat. The fee is 35000 per annum including all other expenses such as exam fees, lab fees etc it can be up to 42000. For management seats price is 75000
Fees and Financial Aid
There was notifications about scholarship frequently during first year. I didn't avail any scholarship. The college's help in getting loan was very less
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities was given good promotion and students were given freedom to make use of the facilities. There was enough opportunities for activities in the college. The facilities available are less cause the area under college is very less
Hostel Facilities
Yep there is no hostel facility with the college. Hostel are maintained by private individuals but under college supervision. Most hostel rooms we're sharing as it saves a lot of money. Nop there aren't any PGs. The food in most hostel were average
Alumni/Alumna
There was proper interaction with the alumini. There are often sponsorship provided by the alumini
Exam Structure
Yep , our semester structure is very packed with exams almost every month but however lab exams are conducted efficiently
Faculty
The faculties are very qualified and most have completed their MTech from reputed institutions from all over the country. Help is sort out is assured by the faculties. The standard of teaching is good, but however the time limited semester constraint the teachers from imparting all their knowledge
