- The condition of the hostel is good, and air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms are also available, But the distance of the hostel is a little bit far from the colleg
- All the teachers are well educated and helpful, and most important their teaching style is excellent
- The course curriculum has been mandated by the state government, However, electives will improve your knowledge, and there are lots to electives to choose from
Dislikes
- They think that they are better than the faculty members of many IITs and NITs, but they cannot make students understand the topics
- There are no on-campus hostels, but it has few PG accommodations affiliated with it, which has poor infrastructure
- The college does not provide an opportunity for many students to attend for placements
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty in this college is quite good ....as electrical is the main branch in this college. Placement is also very good...i would suggest for my branch u can take admission without thinking twice ...
Internships Opportunities
It is the end of October and only companies like Daikin, ITC infotech, Worly, Keyence drives, Prolific drives, Seimens, Manikaran group came to our college for recruitment drive. Out of these companies the highest package was offered by Worly and keyence drives which was of 5.15 Lacs per annum.
Placement Experience
Placement is good at this college. You will be visited by a number of companies. No matter which department you are from, you got visited by the companies and got many offers from them. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Land visit the college and they give the offer letter to the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are also affordable...as compared to another private college for my batch 2021-2025 ...1st sem fee is 72k, 2nd 68k, from 3rd 58k. So it is quite affordable moreover you can also apply for a loan (student loan)
Campus Life
Campus is also good infrastructure of the college is overall good. The labs are well equipped and well maintained. Wi-fi connections are available throughout the campus. Classrooms have basic amenities like fans, blackboard and bulbs. The library has overall good varieties of books, but novels are not present. The hostel facilities are overall good. They provide both two-seater and three-seater rooms. But meals are a little dull so you have to cope with them a little bit.
Admission
By jee mains exam score I took admission in this college.....i cleared jee mains but due to some family problem I wasn't able to sit for advance...i applied for nit but didn't get my fav stream in it ...so I took admission in this college which is top ranked private college in WB
