Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Computer Science And Engineering because of my interest in coding and I wanted to explore more in this field. I have keen interest in building my carrer in this field.The faculties are upto the mark that can make the student easily understand the topics so that they can apply in their life . They don't rush in anything and you can ask as much doubt as you want there are available for students all the time.Teaching method is quite old but if you listen to them carefully then it is quite easy to understand the topics.We have 3 CAs each having a time duration of 1 month and final practical and semester examination.
Fees and Financial Aid
Basically the fee is approx 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh depending upon if you opted for hostel or not.You have to pay additional charges for canteen food . As compared to other colleges this college is under budget of an average guy neither to expensive nor too cheap. You can avail the scholarship according to your states provided by the goverment of that state for example their is an scholarship for the students of Bihar named as DRCC and many others as per the state government policy.
Campus Life
The tech fest of the college is Prayukti and the annual fest is Riviera and they are held most probably in the month of April.The college has its own library named Aryabhatta Library in which you can get all the necessary books relate to your courses and many other books that ypu would like to read like novels story books etc...The classrooms are well furnished and each classroom is equipped with an smart class in the department. The college has its own football ground basketball court volleyball court and a cricket ground and many other indoor sports as well like carrom and table tennis.There are many clubs in the collees which are ran by the students of the colleges in which anyone can join according to their interests.
Admission
Basically you must score atleast 45% in your 10+2 in mathematics physics and chemistry and you need to appear for the entrance exam which is west bengal joint entrance examination also known as wbjee. You can also do it by jut giving national joint entrance examination. After securing a rank you will get a e-counselling session in hich you were alloted the college and the course according to your rank.After getting the approval letter you must visit the college once and you will get admitted in the college.
