Entrance Preview

I was opted for all India engineering entrance exam that is JEE. No other entrance exam is required for admission. Admission process is all India CAP round.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen course 2014 electronics n telecommunications. This is perfect is your are gadget person. The Pune university curriculum is well updated. You should definitely think of this course. Practical learning is involved 40%. No electives except for forth year.

Internships Opportunities

College allows students for internship in fourth year 8 th semester. Some of the internships are offered by the college but the seats for these internship are limited.

Placement Experience

Placements in our college are best as compared to other colleges in the city. We have very well known companies visiting us like wipro,HSBC,infosys,ect. They provide upove average packages. The highest packages are upto 30 lakh per annum. Placement is 80%approx.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for open category is approx 1 lakh 50 thousand. For category students it differs. You canget indetail information on the college website.

Faculty

Faculty is well highly educated. Most of our teachers are ph.D holders and masters in technical subjects. Lectures are not boring. Practical demonstration is good.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

My real experience till now at Cummins college

I can get PICT on my percentile but I prefer this college due to some my reasons first reason I thought that it is a girls college companys comehere for maintaining their girls vs boys ratio and secondly I thought there would be less compition but after coming here I realised there is same competition and intrenship opportunity which are provided in Cummins but i here it is not provided it PICT although both college are good I didn't get COEP pune CS which i included in my list due to my percentile is 99.10 as i only want to do CS We can take admission here by Entrance exam JEE mains and MHT CET but fees structure with JEE will be different and many other criteria also admission process is known as CAP process with which I take admission here...Read More
