My experience

The overall experience of college is pretty good because of the nice and helping seniors. We use to have to have a lots of fun activities in our hostels such as badminton and many other games.

I got my admission through uptu exam. There was no interview involved during the admission, just the document verification. I got this course of electrical engg at random as i had filled many courses in choices.

The course is pretty good and has reputation. But the syllabus has not been changed or reviewed from a long time. Not much focus is given to practical learning. Neither the research initiatives are taken by the college. The faculty members are too lethargic to take any initiative.

My college doesn't provide any internship. We have to manage it by our own. Neither any type of vocatinal training, neither any internship is provided by the college.

The placement scenario is not very good but still improving. Around 30 percent students get placed from campus as most of the companies are of IT sector. And the average package is of around 4 lakhs.

We have all the fests organized in our college. Effulgence is our technical fest, anubhuti is the cultural fest and travan is the sports fest. The average footfall is around 1000. All the organizations were managed by the student bodies with least support of college authorities.

The fees is pretty affordable since it is a govt. Institute, it costs around 1 lakhs per annum including hostel and fooding.

Yes, college provide us with scholarship through state government. Yes, i avail that scholarship.

Due to lack of proper space for the extracurricular activities, we don't get full chances to explore the talents. But faculty is helpful in this case.

Yes, i am a resident of hostel. Most of the hostels have sharing rooms of 3 to 4 students per room. Single rooms ate only for some final yea students. We pay around 10000 for the hostels. The food is not up to the mark, not very and the workers are also very unhygenic.

The interaction with alumni are pretty good. We have alumni meet organized every year in our college where we interact with our alumni. Yes, alumni do contribute in the development of college and students.

Exams are chill culture as they happen only thrice per semesters. But labs really make me tierd at the end of the day because of their bad timings.

The faculty members are very qualified but not much knowledgeable. They lack the experience in teaching and are neither very interactive except few. The standard of teaching is just average as we don't have much smart classes.
