the campus life is peaceful and as the campus is large enough so there are so many places to hangout and I liked the fest and societies the most

I didn't like some of the courses which doesn't have use in current situation specially biology is like no use for engineers

because i wanted to get into the old iit and do btech from here 1:50 teachers are well qualified and have excelled in there respective subjects term exams have good gaps and and they have egood level of paper

Internships Opportunities

amazon microsoft,Texas etc with average stripend between 50k-1lakh students do internship for sevral roles like business analyst,trainee software developer,marketing head,web developer and there stripend vary according to there roles and companies

Placement Experience

in the final year of there course students are eligible for there placements mckinsey and cop. gave 3-4 offers google provides vaerage package of 30-40 lpa 70-80% i am planning to get mba degree from iim or foreign university

Fees and Financial Aid

fees is high according to a government institution and it should be decreased and mainly the tution fees i didn't got any scholarship or financial assistance from the college till now and also didn't got any job

Campus Life

techfest is kshitij and annual fest is Spring fest and both are conducted in january books and journals are available in library projecters and well lit classrooms sports and extra curricular activities are very good in campus prodex,business club enterprenaurship cell

Hostel Facilities

room has cupboard study table and bed per person the meal of our mess is average quality and eatable not so good and not so bad its simple process done on the first day you come here i live in hostel only

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

we are eliible for jee after class 12th nad till 1st year drop application form and application dates are available on josaa website i availed obc quota benefits i want more attempts of jee mains na d 75% criterion should be removed

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
