The college provides the best academics and events for students to make a good memory till they graduate. One must never miss to get admissions here.

Entrance Preview

Passing and scoring maximum percentage in HSC was crucial to get admissions in good college. And I dod the same and preferred this college because its one of the best college.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is affiliated to Mumbai University and abides by the rules and regulations scheduled by them. Our college follows the same curriculum as other colleges.

Internships Opportunities

Our college provides internships by inviting companies for 2 month jobs. Various companies selects students for BPO for 2 months of internships.

Placement Experience

Our college has got good placements too. Most of the companies mever forgets to visit our college and pick students who are eligible. TCS, Accenture and many other companies picks students with an average package of 15k-20k monthly.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Out fee structure was affordable upto the extent of the course offered. We were charged a fee of 22000 for a year which was reasonable for the course I preferred.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

Other from SIES, I applied for the same course in Ruia college and Somaiya college. I got confirmed admission form from Somaiya college but i didn't opt for it as the fees are too high compared to SIES college. I didn't get admission in ruia college because their cutoff was high. I was eligible to get admission as my total marks in HSC board exam was 418 and the cutoff was 420 so I visited my college and had a talk with the faculty member, the faculty members guided me well and told me to bring HSC mark sheet, and fees (DD form) that's it....Read More

I've applied for VES college, chembur and pillai college, panvel and I got addmission but because of their fests and other programs I denied that college.
