Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to earn more and build a career in marketing so it thaught that mba will be the best for it , and iim is best for that , qualification of faculties is PhD in most of the cases and sometimes work ex or more 10 years

I got internship at genie touch media as Marketing intern with the stipend of 15000 per month but there were internship offer of 1,00,000 also. . and there were many live projects also outcome was I got placed with ICICI bank

Placement Experience

Student is eligible for placement from 4 th semester , 100+ companies visit our campus for placement. Average package is around 13 lpa percentage of students placed is 85% . My plans after the degree is not quite fixed

Fees and Financial Aid

There was hike 4 lacs in the feees this year because of permanent campus , cost of study is high there are many scholarship and financial assistance based on caste , need and government policies . We get internship and final placement

There were very less facilities in old campus now in permanent campus there is every facilities like sports room , gym. , canteen , bakery , music room in short we have everything . Name of annual fest ethos which happens in mont of January pr February

Hostel Facilities

One desk , chair , bed , almirah is there and a book reck is provided any every room it's a single seater room. , 4 meals in a day we get with good menu but quality is not that good hostel is included in college fees

Hostel Fee: INR 10000 per year

Admission

Admission process was very simple it just had pi after cat percentile which was 91 in my case , I didn't available any reservation but there is reservation according to law . I was ti remember reservation

Interview Experience

There was on interview that also online because of COVID but there is gd. , wat and pi usually criteria for mvacid you should have atleast graduation degree with 55 % in all 10th, 12th and graduation I did sel preparation

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

IMI offers 100% placements. Companies like SBI life , Kodak, Taj Hotels , Infosys come. In the first year we are given plenty of placement preparation training. We have a committee particularly dedicated towards it. Be it quant, reasoning, gd all are being taken care of.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Remarks:

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.
