Intresting Environment

Our college has a great environment and also there are also great places in near land of our college.....Only temporary faculty need some change.

JEE 140 points ...i choose this way because i was intrested in this course.And mainly i our state civil engg. has a great scope.

Civil Engg. is the oldest branch of NIT SGR. There are well developed labs like structure lab, geotechnical lab, cad lab, concrete lab.etc. There are also high level instruments which are good for research. Also thera are high tech class rooms which maintains good environment for reading.

No, our college doesn't provide any internship. There needs a great change for providing internship to students so that students may get benefits from their own college also should provide stipend so that students may show intrest in college internships.

Regarding placements and jobs maximum of our students have got placed this year and it has been said that it will increase in future. Also top companies visited our college and have made students placed with great salaries. And also students show a great respond.

In our college all the events are according to schedule and and preferred dates. All our festival technical culture and management are sechduled in a great manner. And also during these events they provide refreshments and good food to students. Also singing and dancing are part of events for making intresting.

As NITs snd IITs are concerned fee structures are fixed. In our college there are different fee structures for different batches. Some batches have high fee and some batches have normal fee. Fee structure is according to MHRD and also MHRD is providing scholarships to students.

Yes, MHRD is providing scholarship to students but having some conditions. In my view our college does not provide any loan to students.

In our college gender ratio different that is male are great in number than females. Also workshops are very good. Sports have a great image in our college sports events are all on time. Also there is no discrimination on the basis of color or sex or religion. Also there is a greate competition.

Related to other college mess food is very good. But some of the hostels need to be renovate. Also new 2 hostels have been constructed having great space and very good looking. But some of the old hostels needs some renovations and steps have been taken.

Yes alumni network and senior students have great impact on future students. They provide guidelines to students and make them aware. Love that meet

No labs are not hectic. Good looking labs which provide interest to students and also some of the labs need some renovations as some labs are old. Also, some of the lab instruments need to b change so that students can do practical labs in a great manner and maybe provide knowledge to students.

First i fill the counseling form and i gave preference of engineering brances. Then i was given counseling date .i made that counseling and my first choise of filling was given to me.Then i ho through the college procedure like document verification and made admission at NIT SRINAGAR.

Permanent faculties are very good and they have lots of experience and knowledge regarding their subject. But the temporary faculties are not good. Needs improvement regarding the temporary faculties. Also, there should be a proper procedure for selecting temporary faculties.
