- Very cooperative and polite staff they are always available to help you
- The environment here is quite peaceful not too much noise around its quite good
- Campus is very safe like you can roam in this big campus of 500 acres freely anytime
Dislikes
- Social life not good very less societies are there
- Very less fests take place anc sometimes you feel quite boring
- Some faculty members don't teach the way students want and are even ready to change their teaching style
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose computer science and engineering because it's scope is very high in the coming future. Faculty members here are at the best. There are 1 mid term examination which is of 20 marks and held 1 time each semester and then finals which is at the end of semester. It's not that difficult to pass the exams if you have good knowledge about the subjects
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are quite good here like very good tech and non tech job roles you get and maximum students gets placed every year anf obviously it depends on your skills and academic performance
Placement Experience
Placements are quite good. Companies like kpmg, Accenture, Infosys, ITC Limited,HDFC Bank,Axis Bank etc hire every year. Average package is 600000 pa and maximum is 170000 pa. I'm planning to get a job at good tech company after completion of my degree
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee Structure is about 145000 pet year and you get financial assistance if your income is below 200000 per year and they take your interview for that too and for SC/ST students you sometimes get the whole fees concession
Campus Life
Life at campus is pretty good but there are not much clubs and societies there are only few like sometimes you feel like there should be more but chances are always made when you create them so can you put your own efforts too to make things happening
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is pretty fine. You get 3 course mess meal which is quite good. There are canteens too which are open till 10pm you can get information regarding hostels on gndu.ac.in and if in case you missed the opportunity to get hostel you can go for pg which is quite near the university
Admission
The admission process is quite simple. Counselling for engineering courses takes place according to JEE Joint Entrance Examination marks percentile rank. And you get computer science and engineering if your rank is less than 11000. You can find applications at their official site which is gndu.ac.in Reservation is also available for PWD,SC/ST and OBC students as you get in all other colleges
