Pros list is a very long one. There are only two things in CONs list: college hostel : as the hostel has no strong higher authority and another is College Election as the Students takes it very seriously and personally.
Entrance Preview
I took kerala entrance exam to get into CET and my rank was 1224.I opted for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering.CET is the best college in kerala.(NITC i am considering as you have to write AIEEE exam for that).So CET was my obvious choice.CET is the first college in kerala.So it has got lot of history also.
Course Curriculum Overview

Placement Experience
Placements in CET is very good as the computer science batches always has 100% placements.Amazon offered the highest salary which was 14LPA.Lot of companies came as the list is very long.Some of them are L&T,BOSCH,DELL,INFOSYS,WIPRO,TCS,MUSIGMA,REDHAT,IBM,FLYTEXT,ORACLE,INFOMATICA,SAP LABS and list goes on..
College Events
Technical festival of cet is SARGAM and cultural festival is DHWANI both of these festivals are celebrated in grand manner.SARGAM is a two day event and DHWANI is a 5 day event.DHWANI has attendence in thousands.Apart from that sseveral small celebration are also there like freshers day and individual department nights.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since its a government college.It is very very feasible.It is around 3k per year and sc/st students are exempted from the fees.

Campus Life
CET campus life in one word is AWESOME. There are lot of activities going on that a student will never get bored of college.There are hostel parties, Elections, Sports day etc.Gender ratio i would say 6B:4G
Hostel Facilities
College Hostel is a huge arena with lot of blocks but the atmosphere inside the hostel is not so good.The hostel has wifi facility and good water supply also and if by any chance there is no water in the hostel then that day will be a holiday.Hostel mess
Exam Structure
Exams and labs are only for 3 hours and rest of the days there will be no classes. Lot of leaves wont be there between exams. So we have to prepare well before the exam week starts and problem comes if you have lot of backlogs as supplimentary exam will c
Faculty
Like every college there are some who gets on your nerves but most of faculties in CET are friendly and helpful. But office staffs are not so good as they will treat us like we had committed some crime.
