I being a student of that particular college, can't really speak bad words when it had been a family to me. It to taught me to struggle with the hardest of situations. Belonging to such a reputed university has given me good perspectives. The hostels are good to be there and the eco-friendly natures cut out the nasty summer. The swimming pool had been a great pleasure. The teachers just know how to technologize you well. That's for all!

Wbjee. 12,300. Mechanical was a rare option for my score, there had been not much colleges in kolkata providing the mechanical environment.

The course structure has been okay. The focus for b.tech is not much intense. But the practical knowledge had been of great use learnt at the workshops. They would teach you software and its part focus languauge. The designining classes has been fun for further classes.

Our college lacks in provinding interships. When it comes to internships we outself have to beg it and earn from it.

TCS Wipro Infosys has been the mass recruiter. But there is lack of core companies showing up for placements. The durability of fake companies has increased. The online recruting companies tries to grab a lot of money from you and also wouldn't provide you with anything.

There was no such event which was left behind. Starting from sports day to independence day we celebrated all of it. Namely technical fests named as sankalp, inaugurations, national language and state language day. Children's day and every other thing.

It's feasible fee structure. No hidden charges as you pay for net usage, internet application and everything. Truely saying you're given an advantage to use everything, but if you don't use them you're at your own loss. I personally couldn't use the net service. But I did used the swimming, laundry and every other facility available.

No college offers you loan facility. No doubt if you score good marks and a good percentage of attendance you'll be allowed to avail scholarships.

During my time I've seen the campus going green and strong. The gender ratio i.e boys to girls has been a bit less. . That's no doubt a common thing to find less girls into engineering. The diversity has been so green ! You can avail any extra cc activity like football volleyball gardening boxing etc of your choice once you're done with your classes.

You would find no hostel providing you with delicious food which would make you feel at home. No boy, this is your struggle period. You gotta have bad food and still survive. If you can't survive this, then you don't really belong here. The hostel facility is okay but could've been better.

Once you graduate you don't really get tge time to send support for your college. No doubt at some point of time when we needed help for technical fests, we reached out for help, and we got both financial and technical support !

Exams have been a pressurized thing. Can't really be a chilled out day. The lab exams have been good throughout coz the teachers held you up like that. I had been given good results for physics and chemistry labs. But the computer science lab has been a horror night for me.

I first had to report at salt lake wbut office with my score card to approve the selected college which came by the selection process. We were firstly given an estimated college where can our chances be of to get selected. Secondly there were happened to 3 rounds of counselling. But I had to put in for tge first counselling only.

The teachers I had at my point of time had been good enough. They belonged to IIT madras, some where grabbing their phd from jadavpur university. The had dean had his phd from foreign university. So I think they are higly qualified to teach us. Some of them are poor in quality teaching due to lack of knowledge and spoken english.
