What Students Say

Likes

Very good environment and the students faculties are good .
Good technical fests and sports and good communication.
Good hostel facility and food facilities.

Dislikes

Not fancy parks and gardens in college campus only so many trees and jungles.
In hostel the in time is 7 pm in night in first year.
Not much good infrastructure and very fancy campus .dusts are mote.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses of civil engineering is too good ,it helps in both academic purposes and future presentation for competitive exams also.The teaching and teachers are very good here and the exams are moderate levels and the frequency is 6 months per semester.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 32400 per year

Placement Experience

Placement are good on the basis of branches.cse and it get more placement and then e and I then mechanical.civil respectively. And the highest package are 83 lakhs and general 6 7 lakhs 60percent students get the placement in almost every branch and after degree my plan is to give gate exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is 32400 and there are tution fee webers are present for students ,a little less amount approx 10k less and for cast catagory also schemes are available and the students who keep good marks in semester will awarded with 10000 a type of scholarship also present.

Campus Life

There are too many clubs for students for enhancing there skills in various fields such Ada aerospace,civicon and the technical fest is generally held in the month of March every year 3 days whose name is xtasy. In the library there are lot more books are prenst will benificial for students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility are provided for students and the first year hostel is outside the campus and 105 students get sit on the basis of jee ranks and after that in campus for 3 years .hostel facility are good with good communication facilities and good food in the mess and affordable also

Hostel Fee: INR 5330 per year

Admission

Eligibility for the college is jee mains. First give jee mains than counsiling through ojee . The frequency of the exam is once in a year. There are reservation for sc st and ews . Every details is available in cet.edu.in

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple.
