The college have most of the good qualities but sometimes there is fighting too. Sometimes this happens. Although the college is very good for studies and pocket friendly to middle class family.
Entrance Preview
I got admission here by WBJEE. My rank was 10K but one can also get admission here by JEEMAINS. I opted for Civil Engg. because I like this field. One can opt field on the basis of your interest or depend on the marks you obtain on the exam.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is vast and covers almost every topic which is necessary in this course. The college offers a very good group of labs. Labs are important and college does well in providing lab classes to the student. The labs have experienced lab attendees too.
Internships Opportunities
Yes the college provide internship to all the student. Although the internship does not a huge amount of money but they give valuable exposure to the company, which is very beneficial during the placement days.
Placement Experience
Our college placement is near 70 to 80%. Many companies like Wipro, Infosys, Tcs etc visit our college every year and they give jobs to many students at a annual package of 7 to 8 Lacks per annum. Apart from this about 90 100 company visit our college every year and gives job opportunities to the students with an average package of about 4 to 5Lacks
College Events
They college organize many events.,Including 1.Rivera 2.Prayukti etc. These organizations are very important to the students as they were related to studies, robotics, mechanics etc.. And they gives a lot of fun. DJ Nights were also organized in the college
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees in this college related to the facilities it provides is not very high. It is almost 40K per semester which is not very high and affordable to the middle class of people. As compared to the other college offers 60 to 80K per semester
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes the college provides scholarships to the meritious students. There were many categories in which a students can seek scholarships. I don't have any idea about loan facilities.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is high in this college and it is almost 5:1 boys : girls. But the campus life is excellent. No fear of the seniors. They interact with the juniors well and plays with them too. No ragging is offered in our college as all the student get afidebit of anti ragging from the supreme Court
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is good. They onlg accommodate 2 3 students in one room. The hostel fees is not very high. They charge 2K/month which is affordable. The mess is clean and they provide a more than good quality of food. The cost of food is cheap too. Overall the hostel and mess were good in this college.
Alumni/Alumna
All the seniors and our alumni were very helpful. They all wishes for bright future of their juniors. They help us in all field like studies, placement related problems and in our personal problems too.
Exam Structure
Some pressures were felt during the exam days. All the students were competitor of the other. All wants to score good marks than the other this make the environment slight hectic. The main aim off all the students is to get palced. This makes them to give more focus on exam
Admission
After the Wbjee councilling os done. O directly apporached to the college, submitted my document which was necessay and a DD of 82600 which was our admission fess and 1st sem tution and hostel fees. The administration was excellent. They handle a lot of student during the admissions process and they do it quite briefly. No burden on parents and students.
Faculty
Some faculty were quiet experienced. They have the knowledge of almost every field. Many faculties were M.Tech or P.hd holder. They have a lot knowledge and experience too. They facilities were excellent in lab classes too. They also gives us good advice regarding our placement related problems.
