Amazing college with amazing hospitality

College is really good. Teachers and management are amazing. It can be a little better with the facilities like there is no mirror, so they can provide the mirror to us.

I find the course really good as with lectures, they also focus on building the students for the corporate world. First, they took an immersion course, so that students from non-commerce background gets to understand the basic of commerce subjects. Along with that, attention is given to minor and major projects in all the trimester. Rules are very strict over here regarding the course.

College foes provide summer internship to the students and many companies visit the campus. All the information regarding the companies and stipend can be found on their official website. But, good companies with reasonable stipend come here for summer internships.

Placements and job opportunities are really good over here. Last year minimum 5 lpa was the placement and highest 11 lpa. Some of the best companies in India comes to the campus to provide students with their dream job. Almost 90% of the students get placed over here. Companies like Coca-Cola, Aditya Birla, kpmg etc. come over here to provide campus placements.

Tuition fees for PGDM programme 11 lakhs and hostel and mess fees is about 4 lakhs for two years. Except that living expenses differ from person to person in the college.

There is a different kind of scholarships that are available. Like the students who score more than 85%ile in CAT will get 2lakhs of scholarships. Gold medalist of the programme also gets different scholarships.

Every facility is there like bus facility to the city, all the labs and all. Except that, there are cycles available for riding, there are music hut and different courts and ground for sports. There are different clubs for the performance of extracurricular activities.

Hostel facilities are outstanding over here. Every facility is there in the campus like tuck shop, photocopy and printing place, cafeteria, bakery and mess. In the hostel, there are laundry facilities and till 5 pm sweepers and clears are available. Except that, in hostels, there are microwave and coffee/tea machines.

Seniors are really helpful here. Even before coming seniors cleared all our doubts on the WhatsApp group. Except that alumni network is really helpful and there advise are really insightful. There is an alumni committee in the campus that helps to connect with alumni anytime and every time.

Bimtech follows trimester form this is to divide a year in 3 parts. 50% of the marks are internal that includes projects, attendance, class behavior and other activities that you participate in. 50% of the marks depends upon the end examination of the trimester.

I filled the form online which required my 10th, 12th, graduation marks and work experience, if any. They also required entrance exam marks which in my case was CAT. After that I got shortlisted for WAT (writing ability test) and PI (personal interview) round. After a month, that announced result list for the students who have cleared and are getting admission.

The faculty is really helpful and great over here. They provide their personal numbers to every student to clear any doubt anytime. They are available for us all the time and are really friendly and makes the student really comfortable.They provide extra help to commerce background students in subjects like accounts. They always encourage us for studies as well as extracurricular activities.
