Very good ENVIRONMENT

The environment of the college campus is very good.

The curriculum is covered all the chapters very nicely.curriculum is arranged in this way that it can help you in your higher education like research.In course curriculum teachers are taking an internal exam in every semester.All the course curriculum are completed by the teachers very nicely.

No there will be no intership from the college.But the college stand beside the students who are unable to carrying the expenses of education.

After completing the course the student are getting job in the government & private sector.There is no arrangement of spot campusing.But the student are getting the job in various field like in teaching profession,industry,bank,rail,research & other profession.

Science seminar in chemistry,physics & biology oriented topics .Arts seminar in literature & language.A social programme held in every year.all the national programme like rabindra jayanti,nazrul jayanti,independence day etc.The teachers arranged so many events regarding various topics .

The fee structure is very feasible.As it is totally government undertaking college so admission fee is very cheap.All the admission fees are lie between 2000-4000.the practical oriented subjects having the higher admission fee.so there is no tension regarding admission fee.

No.but government of WEST BENGAL give scholarship to the student of the college.everyyear west bengal government give 20000- 30000 rupee to each student for their admission fee hostel fee & tuition fee.

Very good & well managed campus A big ground in the middle of the college.all type of sports are played by student.every year annual sports are held all the labs are highly decorated, having all the equipment,having fire extinguisher.debate are held in our campus regarding various issue in our social life.Gender eauallity is maintaied in the campus.college campus having the various department & all are good.

No hostel facility till now.but the hostel facility starting soon.West bengal GOVERNMENT sanction the hostel room for the college student .the college will start the project very soon .Till you should arrange p.g for staying.there also remain the arrangement of hygienic ,tasty mess food

Senior students are very helpful & friendly.They help us lot of way.they share us about their experience about the semester.they help us by giving notes,books, useful suggestion regarding our studies.

Semester system in every six month one semester.In m.sc there are 4 semester in two years & in ug there are 6 semester in three years.Before each semester an internal exam is performed by the college.the exam are based on both theoretical & practical knowledge.

I admitted in this college through KAZI NAZRUL UNIVERSITY through merit list.BUT for ug student they should visit the website of durgapur government college.Fill up the form online.merit lists are published according to their result.After this verification of academic is done.for any query they can contact with the College admissions section.

Highly qualified & most of the teachers having Ph.d degree.They have very highly depth in every subject.They always motivate us.our principal sir and all the HOD are carrying the college with a good efficiency.Also the non teaching staff are also helpful.
