- there are not much good places to visit in the near city.. i mean how long can you just appreciate nature.
- the road to come here is not really good.
- 75% criteria is something with i dont like very much.
Course Curriculum Overview
this course is good as it not completely on IT side it is a circuital branch so i will get exposure of core subjects also but i can also study about IT skills whenever i want so i can switch easily. curriculem is really hectic as it is hardest branch in whole engineering but it improves your pressure handling ability in real life. i think a weekly test would be a good thing to include. there are two exams in each sem ,one is midsem and other endsem they are fairly easy with proper study.
Internships Opportunities
there are a lot of internships which my college offers but you need to have a good resume for that , there must be lot of projects you need to make in your respectuve fields and you should be proficient in your field for example my friend has got 8.6 cgpa and has got good cgpa.
Placement Experience
After 6th sem people start to sit for placements and give interviews. lot of companies visited including big like amazon and flipkart . Place in my department was 88%. highest package last time was around 1.2cr average was around 15 lakhs i will get the degree in the year 2026
Fees and Financial Aid
yes tuition fee has been increased a bit but its ok. there are a lot of benifits and privilige for reserved category students and well as for students having lower family income. the complete cost is hard to estimate but it will be more than 700000 rs there are a lot of scholarships available for students.most of which are for reserved students but there are quite a few for general category tooo. jobs are pretty good the no. of placement of my branch last year was 88%
Campus Life
The annual tech fest include nimbus. and cultural fest includes HIllfair. nimbus in MArch and hillfair in NOvember we have avery huge library with books for wide range of subjects related to science and technology. within classrooms ther are projectors,blackboard,and whiteboards for students. there are fans and ac in some rooms . there are lot of sports played in our campus i myself play chess. social groups increases your social interation with people and hence develops confidence in you
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is raapchik!! food is average .In my room we are three roommates, there are three fans 5 lights 3 almirahs 3 tables ,3 chairs . Menu is good 3 times chicken per week but i am vegetarian so i dgaf.\ registration is pretty hectic and price each sem varies from 25000 and 35000. no i have not rented any room i live in a Hostel at Hamirpur
Admission
Admission process was very smooth. IT was a little bit hectic for students but overall it was a fine deal. I came here after getting around 95 percentile in jee mains examination. i filled other colleges too in josaa counselling but this was the best college i was getting at this percentile. jee happens in jan and around april. after counselling they provided all the information regarding reporting on josaa site itself. reservation had a lot of benifits. my friend at 79 percentile has a desirable branch as compared to mine at 95 percentile. exams happens two times per semester. one are midsems and other endsem. they are not very difficult if someone studies like one - two weeks before exam. addmission process can be improved if offline reporting time increases from 2-3 days to like 5-6 days.
