Entrance Preview
I wanted to study computer science and engineering here but i got 1758 rank .After the third allotment, i got civil engineering in the main campus of CUSAT i.e school of engineering I was inspired by one of my relative who suggested me to join this college .He is a civil engineer and his pakage is 25 lacks per annum. I cleared jee mains and got 13287 rank in jee advanced. i didnt got iit so i joined thia institute It is close to Ernakulam station
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is quiet good. The year is divided into 2 semesters. The total courSe has 4 years so total of 8 semester. To get eligible for the next semester one have to get at least 6-grade point(GP) or CGPA If a student scores less than 6 CGPA he/she have to reappear the semester

Placements are decent Average placement is 4.82 lacks. This institute has got almost 100% placement for Computer science and engineering And the highest package is 12 lacks Job opportunities are good. Fee struture is very feasible. College frees is 44700 per semester And about 19000 hostel fee per year. To be precise the total cost for a year including all except mess charge is 86435 rupee And this is very cheap from other institutes

From 5 i will rate it 3.5 stars. I do not live in the hostels,but I do have a few friends there, and all of them tell different tales. Some say that everything is poor,some say that only the food is poor,some are content with the food but not with the rooms. Countless heads have countless stories.It totally depends on what you are comfortable with

Exam Structure
It is a lengthy paper one have to be really fast for attempting atleast 150 questions Mathematics sections is the lengthiest section with 125 questions.And all the questions are decent Physics section is easy one can attempt 60 question in 20-30 min And chemistry is the easiest section with 50 questions. Atleast 10 marks have to be scored in each subject to get eligible for the admission No min.marks for kerlite students
Admission
Every year a computer based exam is conduted...! CUSAT CAT...! One have to appear in this exam and have to be in the merit list to get eligible for admission...! The question paper contains 250 question and 3 hrs...! 125 questions from mathematics... 75 from physics and 50 from chemistry...! Each question carrys 3 marks ... So total 750 marks...
Faculty
If a student have any doubts regarding the lecture he/she can directly take help from the faculty but after the lecture. The faculties here are really good and helpful. They are well qualified. They try to make every student learn the concepts
