REVIEW OF NIT HAMIRPUR

The faculty of NIT Hamirpur is well qualified and capable of imparting knowledge, promoting research opportunities and giving various platforms, labs, resources in order to excell in every possible way 2.) MID SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS - Mid semester examinations are conducted in the middle of the semester to evaluate the preparation and feedback of the students regarding the course to make the students realize their mistakes and rectifying all problems. 2.)END SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS - End semester examinations are conducted at the end of the semester to evaluate the overall response and feedback of the students regarding the courde, the benefits and outcomes, along with real life applications and practical usage. 3.) LAB EVALUATION - Lab evaluation is also their along with making of practical files, viva, assignments and overall application part of the course which not only covers the theoretical portion but also the practical part which helps in the overall growth of the students.

Fees structure of NIT Hamirpur involves overall of ?85750 for semester fees along with ?25200 for mess and hostel fees for living within the campus premises Fees structure for different categories of students is as for ST/ST/PH candidates their is no tution fees they just have to pay for the hostel and mess. If we calculate the overall expense of the degree for four years it comes out to be ?685200 for the tution fees along with ?245600 of hostel fees which computes out to be ?886800 (for general category non EWS benifits). The fees structure varies much depending on the category of the individual. Also various schemes and bank loans are also provided to the students which provide help in case of any financial burden. Various scholarships include kalpana chawle chhatravritti yojna and Top class education for SC Category Students

The overall experience of college is awesome. You get a package filled with excitement, entertainment, learnings for lifetime, application in real life and all. There are various clubs in the college which focus not only on the academic but also on other aspects such as singing, dancing, creative and other management skills also. Clubs involve pixonoids (photography club), PR(Public relations for coordination and stage handling club), fine arts, fashion parade and many other clubs also. Apart from this their are two fests are conducted in the college : 1.) "HILLFAIR"-This is the cultural festival of the college two unforgettable nights filled with fun, joy, laughter, entertainment, learning, bonding, interacting with batchmates as well as seniors for the overall growth. 2."NIMBUS"-This is the technical fest where various socities of the college compete with each other by making their own projects and showcasing their skills and determination.

The hostel are overall in a good state the washrooms are clean, rooms are three seated as well as four seated in some cases. The quality of food is good and the overall behavior of the staff, problem management team, warden is good. The rooms and floors are cleaned once every day and the rate of the hostels is reasonable as they provide facilities up to the mark and it is totally worth it to have once in a lifetime experience to live in a hostel as it gives a different and amazing experience and we learn many new things in life. Food variety is also their somedays involve non vegetarian food along with supply of eggs, fruits and focus overall on the health of the students. They also provide you with snacks and milk time to time without any problem

I appeared for JEE Mains 2023 january as well as April attempt I got 97 percentile and all india rank under 30000 in jee mains 2023 then I applied for josaa councelling and filled prefrence list and filled Mathematics and computing branch in list. Then I was invited for offline councelling in Nit hamirpur auditorium where further registration process was carried. ISTE students(society of students at NIT H) guided and helped in problems. Then I was successfully admittes in the college and proceeded further for hostel allotment.
