Good for getting degree but can't expect more

College management is not so good as compared to other facilities of the college.

Because it's near my home. If you are studying for University exams, college doesn't matter. College is for only your help in getting the degree. YOU have to do all the hard work, college is just a support. The faculty is good. You will get 80% and above in all exams if you just attend all lectures.

The course is pretty normal and not very heavy in the syllabus. Each subject ( including Part 1 and Part 2 ) requires approximately 45 hours of studying to get 90% and above in the subject and in 60 days the whole syllabus for one semester will be complete.

No. The college doesn't provide any internship. There are no research labs or any specialized subject. We get a small scholarship though.

As I am a student I don't know much about it but there is a small opportunity in the college as assistants in the office or lab or faculty. There is an opportunity for an assistant professor in every department of the college. The labs also hire assistants.

The college celebrates various events annually. The college also gives farewell parties to the students of 3rd year. The faculties also receive farewell parties. Various clubs of the college also hold various events like essay or painting or poster competition, etc.

The fee structure is simple and almost anyone can afford it. We need to pay only about 950 rupees per year and fees. We also get the scholarship so it can be afforded by anyone. You have to pay the fees during the admission process and you will receive a receipt for payment too.

The college provides a scholarship for students who want to avail it. There is not any loan facility in the college.

The college campus is small and contains only 3-4 buildings. It has a parking area and a very small garden of a kind. The terrace is available. The gender ratio is 1:1 although the boys don't attend the college. campus is neat and available to students. There is a gym in college too but you have to register for it. No technological activities like robotics or science fair.

There are not any hostel or mess food facilities. There is a canteen though where you pay for food and consume it at the spot. The canteen provides various types of fast food items like samoosa, bread pakoda, etc and various packed items like chips and energy bars and drinks like coca cola.

Senior students help when asked for. The alumni network is small but good. If you need assistance for entrance exams like JEST you will get help from faculty and seniors and alumni.

The syllabus is based on a 2 semester per year pattern. The exams are held at the end of each semester. Each subject comprises of two parts ( except languages ). Exams for each part is separate and is of 50 marks (60 for mathematics). Before or after the semester exams, there is the practical exam. The practical exams are similar to the practical exams on the board.

I got direct admission. After the result of your qualifying exams ( 10th in case of admission in 12th and 12th for admission in Bachelors degree ) you have to register yourself for admission from the admission counter and on successful submission of the form, a merit list decides your admission.

Faculty of the college provides all the support you need in any subject and in any topic ( but must be related to study ). The faculty of mathematics is very good and so are of chemistry and physics. There is also a library and a reading room for study.
