A brief review for Shri mata vaishno devi University,katra

I opted for cse because the internship and placement here are quite decent as. Compared to other universities nearby and it gives more. Opportunities. The curriculum is based on new education policy and hence it gives creativity to students to think out of the box.In case of improving they should look after sports and competition as well and use new equipment in university . The examination takenn place are precisely and based on 2 minor and 1 majors along with project work .the examination are based on practical based and real life problems

Recently i am applying for tcs internship program more over we have GDDc which also provides internship for eligible students like some students are working for orange and its providing starting salary of 15-20 thousand for the internship program and for this we need nothing but any good skill or good DSA in any language.there are certain programs for civil and mechanical students as well moreover architecture is also the most leading internship programms in our university.

The placement here is quite good and many companies such as infosys ,Amazon gives a good offer moreover there are also companies which offers mass recruitment such as orange ,TCS etc and student becomes eligible for placement just in 3rd or 4th year. Like recently a student of 3rd year got pre placement offer of 37 lakhs and it is highest package so far I heard this semester last year the highest package was around 22 lakhs and 90 precent students who got placement and median pavkage was 6-7 lakhs . I am also expecting a decent package so i have started working on it from day 01

The fees here is around 171000 rupees along with 40000 for hostel and mess and it's totally worth it as it provides too good internship and scholarship are also for students above 8.5 sgpa. I have undertaken for interhouse caption for my house and am award Ded for various prizes if i win

There are various fests in our college such as garba night tech fest such as tatiksha and overall these all are exciting creative and fun. The school library is very vast it has more than 40000 books and moreover it has also journals of PHDs scholars as well it has well furnished reference room and its open 24/7. The faculties do have lesser equipment but are maintained well under the control of staff and easily accessible.there are various clubs for music dance debate and other moreover we have NSS national social service for development of ourselves along with our society

Room is well furnished it is doublet has 2 bedrooms along with 2 vast static almirah it is we'll maintained and has proper lighting as well as fans and ceilings . The food quality is bit decent but sometimes it becomes worse to even taste as in the various dishes. As compared to prize of 42000 that is 20000 for hostel and 22000 for mess .it is totally worth it and such a healthy infrastructure cannot be available at such a affordable price .the mess menu is based on the choices of college students and staff and admission for hostel is just by refering to hostel warden

Hye I am from cse 2nd semester. The faculty here is very decent and its is bettet to opt courses here as the eligibility to admission here is via both jossa councelling and direct admission via CUET or jee score . Reserved seats are there for sc/st and obc here along with pahadi speaking and PWds. The examination are taken over in every semester regularly and precisely moreover we have 2 minors and 1 majors of 20-20-50 marks simultaneously. And 10 marrks are for assignment project.its jee cutt off is quite high but in direct or spot round the cutt off bring so down even students who are not eligible are admitted here which affects a lot in case of placement.the admission fees for jossa is around nil but it costs 1000 rupees via smarth portal
