Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have chosen this course cause this is the best and demanding course of Delhi University and it get the highest cutoffs ever and also I have a keen impressed in pursuing B.com cause I am from a commerce background I enjoyed every subject that has been taught in this course such as business laws management and business organisation and human resource management or accounts. corporate account financial accounts and other type they also taught you some practical subject such as tally that can help you in accounting of banks and business organisation. They need improvement only in the practical application of the subject by practically doing the specific task that has been taught in the book. Frequency of time of exams conduction is pretty perfect schedule they have they are being conducted.

Internships Opportunities

0.5

There are no internship opportunities provided in our college as per now I have never seen anyone doing internship on behalf of college from South campus or maybe just I haven of getting a placement or internship from South campus but one of my friend is not campus is doing internship and working for it

Placement Experience

3

All the students have a goal besides this degree they are either preparing for CA CMA CFA UPSC law or any other professional course in summer even interested in digital creation. There are several offers made by the companies who come in our college to provide placements. The highest package in our college was 9 lacs per annum and average it goes from 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. There are not a lot of students getting place but some are get placed. My plans after completing the degree is to join other professional degree and then pursue my internships and if I get a placement I will work for that.

Fees and Financial Aid

My course is Bcom and its pretty affordable for everyone even if they are from lower middle class middle class or upper middle class or rich or even they are from lower middle class in below they still can a phone the course in the college Delhi College of arts and commerce they ask for the tuition fee one time in a year for both the semesters and that is 10000 155 rupees. The complete tuition fee of my college is the around 30000 but we need some extra poets and study material so it is for surround 50000 for a student to complete education in become in my college. I have no idea about the scholarship of financial in which are available in my college. Campus employment is not really high but that give us very decent packages in internships and placements for a second and third year students.

Campus Life

4

In a college there are many fest happening all around the Year by different societies different cultures such as NSS will organised the festival that is will organised the project Zara prakruti society go for cleanliness drive and we got the Amazon event Garnier event and other. There are a lot of books available for the students in library and journals also around available in library they have around 60000 + books collection. The facilities in technology provision are really cold and the classes are pretty clean the best part is the library and its technology of issuing and borrowing and returning books they have computerised everything. Are not the main goes of our college but it has a different level of high in middle of the students. Our society lahar that is for dramatic performances got a lot of respect in overall University and a top rank in it. There are lot of varieties and diversity in the students summer with summer middle class summer from South summer from north and the a

Admission

I have decided to get admission in DU as it is the best university in India. I am telling you about the course I am personal currently in Delhi University that is Bcom and it requires some specific requirements as per the course offers by the following and University as for B.com they requires one language that can either be English or Hindi and three domains specific subject that are accounts Business economics or and general test that is very easy to crack. I found that application form online on see you it Samarth website. I have a build reservation on SC caste certificate by uploading it online and then verifying physically in the college. The frequency of exams are pretty decent they are conducted as par the time allotted. They are doing very good in admission processes but also they can improve it by giving colleges on the basis of their location cause that would be easy for students to come to college from every kind of locations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
