The course and curriculum of this University, in my branch(CSE) is very good.The syllabi is upto date and the Labs are fully Equipted with the modern day machines which make learning fun and also we can be creative with our imagination as the machines dont actually bind us. The course although is great but it is a bit theory centric as we have to make some efforts ourselves in order to learn things which can make me industry ready.The teachers are all very well versed in the topics they take up, but the classes themseves are very laxed. We have three written exams per semester, 2 minor exams and a major exam. apart from this there are 2 practical exams per semester which test our skills heads-on.

The college has a vast range for internships.The college has a good network and we can easily get internships in IITs and also other companies such as TCS Infosys and other such companies. The major Rolls open in internship are of junior developer, in web development an also in the fields of AL ML.

The college offers decent college placements. For the Branch I am studying(CSE) the placement figures are well above average in the college.Almost 90% appearing students are offered placement in the placement drive held in the college. The students in the final Year of college are eligible to sit in the placements and there are many companiesw like Orange,Gscaler,Infosys,TCS etc. which visit the college every year. The average package of the Compute Science branch is 6 to 7 LPA with the highest package offered at 24LPA. There is also a TBIC cell in our college which promotes the students who want to run a startup and offer them with all types of aids they need in order to make their idea a reality.

The total yearly tution fees is 1.72 lakhs. On top of this are the one time fees and other charges which can amount to 10 thousand. The hostel and mess fees combined is 44 thousand rupees per year. There are also scholarships available on the tution fees. One of them is the JEE scholarship fees which gives 100% relaxation in tution fees to students who scored under 1 lakh rank in the JEE Mains, fir 3 Semesters , provided they can score more than 7.5 CGP in each semester. Then there is also the scholarship if you can come under the top 10 percentile students in your branch also scoring more than 8.5 GPA in the semester. This scholarship provides 100% relaxation in not only the tution fees but also the hostel and mess fees.

The campus is a very large campus for the number of students it hosts with the total area of over 450 acers.There are total of 5 boys hostel and 2 girls hostels.There are seperate infrastructures for each branch and the classes are held in them only. The college has a very large library with support of digital library. There is a large sports complex with almost all major sport equipments like football cricket basketball etc. there are volleyball and badminton courts built inside the hostels aswell for the students to enjoy the sports after the gate timings of their respective hostels. There are many clubs going on in the college which include the literary amd culturals ones, and also the tech and sports ones.There happens a Major fest in the college every year, which is held in the month of March around holi by the name of Resurgence.

The Hostels in the college are well built and the rooms are also very clean with provided study table and chair, each for a student.There are also almirahs withh ample amount of storage to store the belongings. The washrooms and the bathrooms are having the 24/7 supply of water both warm and cold all throughout the year.But their cleanliness is not the best as there are many basins wchich are not in the best shape and also not all the restrooms are in usable condition which does effect the living people. The food is served in the hostel mess and is average at best. Though there is variety in the food served but the Taste and the nutritional value is not the best out there. There are also indoor sports available for students to enjoy while in the hostel. One major con of the accommodation is the lack of washing machines or proper laundry system in the college.One has to was their clothes themselves also there are not many places to dry the washed clothes. so this is a major concern.

To get Admitted in to this college i had taken the JEE Mains examination in year 2023.i scored 89.78 percentile and held the rank:116716 and then applied in the CSAB counselling. i got this college in the second round of counselling. The Jee exam is held allover India but after getting admitted I got to know that there are several different ,ethods to get admitted into this college. These include admission through the CUET exam and the Direct admission exam which has J&K quota. The direct exam was a very secretive thing as not many people knew about it. The one thing which was very inconvinient for me was that the date i got the admission letter and the actual date of physical verification were only a week apart so it was a very horrendous job to arrange for the tickets for travelling.
