Course Curriculum Overview
The branch for which i opted for is electrical and electronics engineering and i have interest in the same. this branch is really good here and been taken care of. Allover if we see then the faculty of ece branch is good here but the only thing they can do better is not speaking in a rude manner sometimes. rest the faculty is well and nice.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are pretty good for the second to fourth year here and the first year can apply through off- compus sites. students can make their projects and show them to the dignified faculty here.they'll get the internships according to the level of their project.
Placement Experience
the placements are pretty good. each year more than 90% of the students get placed. the companies like google, microsoft, whirlpool, tcs, etc. visit the college every year. the highest pakage last year was 64 lakhs. and the lowest was somewhere around 5 lakhs. the average pakage is somewhere between 6-7 lpa here.
Fees and Financial Aid
i belong to first year so the fees i pay is 1,19,000 for one year and hostel fees which is 1,03,000. we all students present here can apply for the AKTU scholarship and that really helps the students. if we talk about campus enjoyment then that would be a little joke to everyone, this is becuase the campus is very small and it located in a remote area therefore no enjoyment in the campus.
Campus Life
i am a part of the official social club of the collge(The Impeccables) and seen my personality grow by being a part of it. There is a official annual fest of our college (EPOQUE) and it goes very well. the coding culture here is the best. The library is full with general knowledge and course books, therefore the students will not face any problem in that.Smart board is present in every college. Every year our college organises the sports meet(RANN) in which more than 70 colleges participate of delhi ncr region.
Hostel Facilities
the hostels are well maintained here, the best hostel present is of the 1st year students(C.V. RAMAN). most of the rooms are air conditioned and students recieve comfortable beds too. the mess food quality is decent to be honest. the hostel capacity of the first year is 500 almost. it is first come first serve. if you don't recieve the college then you can seek any pg in the locality and there are ample of them present here.
Admission
the admission process was a little bit mess, still the staff present there guides really well. the course for which i have opted for is btech(4 year course) in electrical and electronics branch. i took the JEE entrance exam and i got 70 percentile. after registering myself for the AKTU counselling i Got kiet group of institutions. the form costed me 1000/-. i belong to the obc category so i availed some of the benefits. the JEE exam was as usual a little bit tough for me. the admission process can be improved if the fees payment is done by the officials of the college and not by students themselves
