- Infrastructure is quite good in Thapar even the library of Thapar is the seventh best library in asia
- placement are quite impressive here as compared to other private engineering colleges

Dislikes
- the intake of punjab students are very high which results in high cutoff difference between outside punjab and punjab students creating a certain angle of favourism towards punjab students .
- students have to reach the campus by 8 pm and hostels by 8:30pm which is quite dissappointing for students,
- intake of students are increasing year by year in tiet which resulting in degradation of crowd and placements . and increase in fees
Course Curriculum Overview
electronics and computer branch is quite popular here as it good best placemnet in college .even mnc like apple recruit students from this branch in tiet .the curriculum is not that great i choose this branch as i am not getting any other college and branxh at this much score .the course curriculum is decent and quite easy .as i stated every 3 month exams occurs .ENC has elctronics and computer knowledge which teaches students to have a great knowledge about harwares and softwares which make thier developing as well as software ability to next level . this branch is easy ans getting pass in this exam is like a cup of tea,hence i like this branch and college so get admission here
Placement Experience
Placements are quite impressive in paper with average package stood around 10 LPA last year student starts getting placement offers in six semester like top colleges the measure recruiters in their Topper are JP Morgan Chase and corporation apple Amazon Microsoft Samsung Deloitte Oracle the highest package student thapar institute of technologies 55 lakes for computer science branchs and 40 lakh for electronics branch there are so many startups which are owned by top of the aluminis almost 90% of students waiting for placement squares placed in TI ET with a good package as the number of companies visiting in the campus are great in numbers with so many good packages my plan after btech is to do masters in MBA from America versus collaborated with Harper international program
Fees and Financial Aid
every year tution fee hikes to certan amount which is decided by the college committe and in present aspect tution fee is also bit high to be affordaed by a middle classs family , i willl complete my btech in around 30 lakh for 4 years inclding hostel and mess which is too much high .there are various scholarshi[s availble in college for reserve caste scholarship , sports scholrship ,merit based scholarship , but to have this scholarship in continuation a student has to maintain his cgpa over 8.8 every semester . i have not taken any campus emplyment till now as i just entered the college but finding an oppurtunity to wiork for . so sir please approve my review i am in need of money
Campus Life
there are various technichal fest occur in college and entrepreneurs like ashneer grover , amna gupta .. comedians such as zakir khan , bassi have visited the campus ,every september saturanalia as a thapar cultural fest occur in ehich singers like mohit chauhan vist campus for concerts and thapr has very good sports facilities for sports .. all sports are available here even swimming pooll too. there are so many social groups that are runned by students here for domestic help ment which is sponsered by unicef and who's so there are many . classes are fully quipped with air conditionner and with all lab appartus
Hostel Facilities
hostels are very good here there are 14 hostels here out of which 10 hostels fells like hotels , 90 percent rooms are air contioner available with 4 seater 3 seater 2 seater 1 seater for which a student can choose by his/her needs or budget the meal quality is decent with proper hygine every hostel has sodexo mess which provide good quality food .the same forevery hostels.every hoistel has diffrent mess for their studnts .registeration process in hostel is made by cgpa basisi . a students who gets good cgpa gets hostels by his prefrence .
Admission
admission in thapar institute of technology for btech program is done on the basis of jee main score .50 percent of seats are reserved for boardds and 50 percent for jee mains .the cutoff for electronics and computer si quite high .i made 92 percentile in jee mains to get admission in thapar by having punab quota too as a reservation .application forms are available at thapar official website where you can register by giving 4000 rupppes as application fees .there are caste reservation and punjab students reservation here .every three months student opt for btech have to sit in examination to get passing marks and get a degree .there are no need for improvement in admission process as all thibgs are quite easy
