Our Curriculum in the college is very flexible All Labs that give basic knowledge required for real-world applications. We get projects where we apply our skills and learn to be up-to-date. Approximately 80 members appear for the exam, Each department conducts and evaluates the students. Evaluation done based on Mid-semester, End-semester and class tests , Exam are moderate and much based on lectures taught in class.

CDC is our college center which conducts internships and placements for students, we have different roles such as developer, analyst, consultant, etc. Google provides internships for Software developers and Hardware developers with a stipend of 1.5 lakh. Projects on DSA in CV boost our chances for internships in developing portfolios, projects on ML, DL, NLP and analysis help to get Data roles in companies.

We have Btech, Dual degree, PhD students in our college where they participate in placements in their final year. We get many eminent companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and etc. Approximately 200+ companies visit IIT Kharagpur every year for placements, Those students who got internships get PPO in the company, The highest package is around 2.4cr, and average package is around 17 lakhs. approximately 75 percent of students got placed in the last year even in the huge recession period. I want to do a Job in IT company by cracking placement.

Regarding fee structure, we have three categories Institute fee, Hostel fee, and Semester Fee. The Institute fee is 0 for the SC, and ST categories. We can apply for scholarships according to the Parent's Income. We have different scholarships from campus and from outside too. Approximately I pay 1 Lakh for a year as I belong to the ST category where the institute fee is exempted. No campus employment, but we can apply for internships in and out of the campus where we can earn. MCM scholarship exempts the Institute fee for the student

As I mentioned earlier IIT Kharagpur provides all-round development. We have 20+ societies, clubs, and Cells where we can learn speaking skills, and leadership qualities and can exhale in the fast-growing world with the exposure. Spring Fest is our Annual SOCULT fest and KHSITIJ is the TECH Fest of our IIT Kharagpur which is one of the largest fests in India. We have Asia's largest library with lots of books, with collection of old and new versions, and a digital library to access the new stuff. We have SHAURYA the sports fest, General Championship in every area to improve our sportiveness and passion in those fields. All the Clubs, Societies, and Cells are run by student body itself.

Firstly to join IIT we need to appear for the JEE Advanced examand we have to qualify in every subject and have to clear all cutoffs which are different for every year. Cutoffs are different for different categories following an order General, OBC, SC, ST, Physically handicapped. We have approximately 12000 Seats in IITs. The admission process for IITs goes through JOSAA(Joint Seat Allocation Authority). We fill options in all IITS according to our rank by checking the Seat matrix and we fill in options to get courses, then It goes for 6 Rounds of selection and then we Join that college and that branch. The difficulty of exam is Tough comparing all other Engineering exams in all India, It occurs for 3 hrs, approx 2 lakh people appear for the exam.
