since i liked electronics i opted for electronics and communication engineering. during first year i have to study all the basics of various branches of engineering . remaining 3 years we will get a clear idea about the electronics and communications. 6 semesters we will be studying various topics that comes under both electronics as well as communication. Also practical sessions are involved in order to get clear idea about the real time practical cases of our various theory subjects. some more practical sessions needed to be provided in the curriculam to get more practical experiences . semester exams will be commenced on 6 months interval .examinations will be very easy which will be based on previous question papers.

college offered an internship oppurtunities in sales .which also provide a stipend of 10000. various other internship oppurtunities on arduino ,embedded systems and iot had been provided. college training and placement team also provide all the detailed information about the internship oppurtunities.

various placements had been coming to college. students with zero or 1 to 2 backlogs are generally considered for placement oppurtunities. companies such as sutherland , ESAF small fincancial bank , Speridian ,Cadence, Poornam info vision, SOTI etc had been visited to college. various students got placed in different jobs. 60% of students got currently placed in various placement oppurtunities. some more placement companies are yet to be visited. the salary packages offered are 3.3 LPA to 15LPA based on the positions and comapnies .Since i got placed in Sutherland Global Services my plan is to join the same company.

fees strucutre is generally based on marks obtained in physics, mathematics and english in 12th examinations along with KEAM /JEE rank. So tuition fees will get varied to different students. my tuition fees was 24000 but since i got KEAM entrance scholarship my tuition fees got cutdown to 2500. various scholarship oppurtunities had been provided by the college to financially down students, various scholarship are present according to various criteria. different campus placements will be offered. the annual package will be min of 3.3 LPA to max of 15LPA according to various companies. the main companies are TCS, Wipro, SOTI, Cadence etc. i got placed in Sutherland Global Services and i am aslo hiring for other employment oppurtunities.

there are various clubs available in our college such as NSS, IEDC, IEEE ,GDSC ,VSEC etc.NSS is National Service Scheme whic is a social club. whereas all other clubs are technical clubs. Students can participate in all clubs with free of cost. Many benefits are being assured by joining those clubs which also add value to our resume. College annual tech fest is Vyvidh which is remarkably one of the best tech fest in Kerala. college Arts fest Adwika also marked the best in kerala.college consist of a big library which contains various books , journals as well as technical papers .all the students can pursue books for free at any time. classrooms consist of ditial projectores which further improves our studies. many computer labs with best internet connectionas are aslo provided. College also have best performances in sports. students are being brought to various interzone levels and also secured prizes and fame.

Since i opted for single room with attached bathroom. so my room consist of 2 beds with attached bathroom.room also consist of an almarah,a table and 2 chairs. a big window at the left corner provide a beautiful view and ambience. food quality is beyond the expectations. food menu consist of dosa, idli, puri masala,masala dosa ,puttu ,appam as breakfast.lunch will be fish curry meals.dinner will be meals with payasam, chicken biriyani, neychoru with chicken curry ,chappathi with chana masala ,porotta with egg curry . Quality food is provided. bathroom will be cleaned every weekened. the fees structure for a single room with attached bathroom is 3000 as room rent ,500 for cleaning fees and 130 per head for 1 single day.

I got admission in Vidya Academy Of Science and Technology with KEAM entrance rank.i got rank of 16325.since i liked electronics i choose for electronics and communication engineering.The average cut off score was 30000 or more.The fees structure was determined by considering the marks of physics,mathematics and english that secured in Central Board Examinations of 12th standard.mainly there are 3 quota to get seat .those are government based on ranks,management ,and NRI seats.fees structure will be different for these seats.during admission various forms needed to be filled out which also consist of scholarship forms.Scholarship is provided to people with low financial background. Reservation polices are also guaranteed.All the documents such as 10th,12th,entrance rank list,income certificate,caste certificate etc needed to be provided at the time of admission.
