Course Curriculum Overview

Most focus is given to practical teaching than just reading and explaining the books, the staff in this course focuses more on teaching the students how to perform an experiment rather than just explaining the stuff.

No, some courses that need an internship at the institute mainly focuses on all the bachelor degrees and yes when it comes to other categories internships are been provided to the students of that sector where it is necessary.

As I am in my last year, I can just tell you that the best IT firms in the town visit this college with more than sufficient packages, so studying here also provides you with a number of opportunities to work with the well-known firms out there.

As it is a private course the fees for the open category is 22,000(approx), but then if you belong to the caste which comes under concessions then its less than what you will assume.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
